What is with the staff at this location?! I live in the area and walk in, every time no one greets you and looks at you like why are you here shopping. Now I am reading fraudulent transactions. There is so much staff but no one helps.Today went to grab soccer cleats for daughter, went to pay the clerk was so rude, no greeting and when I told her my email she was getting mad that she couldn’t understand the spelling of my email. I speak clear and proper English. Went to pay and confirm price and she just stared me up and down like why am I even talking to her. Look I get people are unhappy etc, but you are at work. She completely ruined my evening, enough for me to review.Kindness can go along way.

The store’s ambiance is very dull, so dark and no choice

The young man david is always very kind and helpful. Much like the young blonde boy at tap. Lost the slogan JUST DO IT.

The cashier has the laziest and worst attitude! She didn’t ask if i have account with them and refused to add it when i ask her to !

The manager Harleen at this store is phenomenal, she went above and beyond to help me find the jacket that i was looking for.. she was very polite and welcoming! will definitely come back!! Keep it up:)

This disgusting event happened on Sep 15, 2022.I bought a pair of shoes from that store for $50 less than a month ago. The insole broke for some unknown reason, not after hiking or some intense activities. I just wore them at school. I brought them there for an exchange, and they agreed to not charge any extra fees. Just an exchange.Then, I bought two other stuffs and they cost in total $99, plus a 12% tax. When I got my receipt, the total amount is $122 point something. I asked, and a store stuff, the same one who did the exchange for me, said that it’s $99 plus tax. I left without realizing his trick. The cost of that shoes right now is $60. What the man actually did is he put $50 off of $60. He charged me $10 more.It’s really a disgusting event. When I got back to ask to find the “sir” that tricked me, all the other stuffs knew exactly who I was looking for. That man was extremely nervous, and promised me to give $10 back. It was after my reminder that he remembered to give back the extra tax money. During the whole event, there was no sorry from him, and the other stuffs did not say a word.That’s my reminder for everyone who is not quite good at English, because it was my mom who saw the receipt first. She saw something wrong, but did not know how to explain.Hope this can be helpful. Thank you.
