If I could give zero stars I would. I was really appalled by the poor customer service at this place. I bought something small so that I could get a bag to replace my reusable bag that broke as soon as I got off the GO train. I had 6 loose items in my hand and needed a bag. I went to checkout my small item and asked for a small plastic bag and the older man at the counter told me no. He said they wouldn’t give a bag for such a small item. I then told him I would PAY for the bag and he still said NO..I just don’t understand this lack of basic courtesy. I’m clearly struggling AND offering to pay for it. He then changed his story and lies saying they don’t have bags when I clearly saw him give a bag to the customer before me.Finally he charged 0.25 to my credit card. They then followed me about 6ft out the store to make sure I didn’t steal and put anything in my little plastic bag. My goodness…Please shop anywhere else as they clearly don’t care about people and just want to gauge you with their ridiculous prices.
