Activate Winnipeg East

We took our nieces today and had a blast! The technology is very impressive and super accurate which we really liked. Some rooms are very active, while others require less movement. It was a work out! We will definitely be back.

Professional, high energy, motivating, positive place. I have to praise this company and the staff after my experience here at Activate. Even after coming in without a booking they squeezed us in with being our first time.Exceptional staff, I had lost an extremely sentimental gold necklace and they were helping me with such respect and concern. On top of that we found it! Aside from that what a great gaming place to bring your friends or family. Well reasonably priced, many games to chose from, I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic place - though quite a bit louder / more sounds overlapping compared to Activate Winnipeg West. This seems to be due to the different ceiling here. Plenty of rooms, they seem better / different than West, and with room to expand! Went with a group of friends, highly recommend - don't forget proper shoes!

This was me and my son’s ( My daughter had been there once ) first time going to activate, and we had an absolute blast! My kids and I had a great time, and my daughter was thrilled when she saw that we won a keychain after 75 minutes!I would say that I was a bit skeptical at first, but my daughter dragged me there because she managed to convince my brother because of the basketball hoop game there!Our favorite games were hoops ( In favor of my son ), competitve climbing ( In favor of my daughter ), and strike asteroids ( In favor of everyone! ).I can say that going to activate was like going for a workout at the gym ( 75 Minutes/1 Hour and 15 Minutes spent at activate ).I especially like the lockers, because we can’t bring water inside, so we put all of our belongings in the locker without any worries!Overall, activate is a great place to take your tweens, and it’s also a great place to catch up on that workout you said you would do but never did!

I had gone with a camp for sick kids a little while back and the staff was amazing! There was a small glitch with one of the rooms and Harrison (I believe the manage that day) was in and with it back up and running almost before the kids even noticed! On top of that the staff was really good with giving the kids some help tips and tricks and pointing them to the “Best” room when others were full. Would 11/10 recommend for other kid groups/camps.

I went to activate couple of days back and the way it is built is so much better than the west location. The games are so much more fun when you have more space, it was a blast for us.The staff was super nice and friendly. Ananya helped us couple times with the locker wrist band and even in the gaming area explaining games very briefly, overall did a fantastic job making the experience so much better. We will surely be back soon!!!

This was such a great experience! I came with my family yesterday and wow what a place, totally amazed by it. All the rooms had unexpected challenges that forced our group to work together! The facilities were all clean and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they were doing especially Tushar and Harrman, Give them a raise for their work and showing everything to us, I highly recommend. Just a quick note, water fountain inside the hall needs some maintenance, but overall 6/5.

Our first time at the new location and we had fun! I appreciate the booking system that ensures there is not too many groups in there at once and you aren’t waiting in line. The only areas of improvement were that there wasn’t hand sanitizer available anywhere in the game area (especially with the high-touch nature of the games), the bathroom had paper towels on the floors and was untidy, and there was a few glitches in the transition parts of games (entering a room/pressing the button to continue but it not working/etc). Overall great experience though! Staff were excellent and very kind!

Incredible fun for all! Our group absolutely loved it. Friendly staff, awesome games, & excellent price. Thanks to all the hard workers there like Harrison, Garrete, Brayden, & Samantha. Y'all really did a great job!

WARNING - This place will ruin your life!!GAMES: They are too much fun and too addicting. There is also way too much variety as each room that you can choose to go into has multiple types of games in it. (Yes, you can go into all the different rooms during tour time there, you don't have to choose just one). And now they've even created duplicate rooms at their new location to decrease potential waiting time!STAFF: WAY too friendly! They have always been super accommodating to my wife and I, and now our younger daughter. They always ensure we have a memorable experience there (thanks again Harrison). Disgusting.LOCATION: Too good now. With the new location opening up in Winnipeg East, it is too convenient to get to Activate. At least when there was only 1 location at the other end of the city I couldn't justify spending my whole life there. Now...?REWARDS: From player tags, to shirts, to gift certificates, it continuously gives you something to play towards. This increases how addicted you get, because nothing hurts more than when your sister-in-law wears her Activate sweatshirt to your house, when you haven't even gotten your t-shirt level yet.You will love it there regardless of your skill or athletic ability. Pro tip: Wear bright colors that glow under black light!
