I have shopped at the Millstream Village store frequently for many years because the location is convenient and the products and prices are good, however, they consistently have the most rude and unprofessional management and staff at this location. Customer service matters and it's seriously lacking here!! I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I went to the Millstream location, I left without browsing the shoes as the girl working was so negative. Horrible experience.

Marusa was extremely rude and unhelpful.. thankfully Colleen was there to save the day and make the experience better by the end. Definitely Colleen deserves a raise!

The Shoe Company always has a great variety of brand name shoes at competitive prices. The kids selection is great with discounted shoes in various sizes. The store is not over busy like alot of other shoe stores around, making it an enjoyable shop even if you have kids along.

Awful.We went in to get our.son some new shoes. I asked for help finding his size, they just poonted and said theyre all over there"I asked about finding sizes in better quality shoes

I was at this store yesterday and then back again today as i have to return the shoes i bought for my toddler son. I was hoping i don't see the same staff i dealt with yesterday but unfortunately she was there and seem like the only present staff to be at the till. She was rude and unfriendly. She even have to ask what nationality i was like it matters!! Worst customer service i ever had . Won't be back there again for sure .

Love the shoes at discounted prices. I normally don't come to this location but I was near Costco and my boyfriend's mother needed to buy some Moccasins. She bought a nice pair for about $30 and while I was waiting, I caved into buying two pairs of Sketchers myself. One pair was a slip resistant Scotch Guard tie ups that was perfect for work at the hospital, the other is a nice colorful everyday slip on pair to replace my well worn Sketchers running shoes that I bought on sale at London Drugs.Decent selection, definitely will shop again if I were to be in the area. Also they have a clothing and shoe donation bin not too far away from the store so I donated my old pair and wore my new shoes right away.

Stopped in here to pick up a pair of sandals and left with two pairs of shoes. The staff were super friendly and not pushy! The store was very clean and organized! I was surprised at how little stock they had in size 9 and 9.5 in the shoes I wanted. It may have just been that time of week? Thursday? I will be back!

As others have mentioned, the current customer service is the worst. It’s the assistant manager and she’s been there when I went the last 2 visits. She is not helpful, polite and probably hates working retail. Both times the shoes have rung in differently than the signs. The first time she said she couldn’t honour anything because she didn’t have time to change all the signs yet, which is completely not how advertised pricing works but I couldn’t be bothered to fight with such a disgruntled employee. The second time she (very aggressively) told me people were constantly moving shoes and she can’t honour the price. I explained it was an entire row of shoes under the sign and again she told me that it didn’t matter. I said I would be rechecking the sign and then she huffed off to check it for me and saw that the shoes were in fact lower in price. An older woman with a cane asked her about a certain shoe and the assistant manager told her she’d have to just walk all over looking for them since “slip ons on are everywhere in the store” which might be true but it was rude and unhelpful to a person who was obviously having mobility issues. I hate coming here now and won’t be back. I feel bad for the other employees who work with her.
