Jumbo Dim Sum
Update from my recent visit, I found that the variety is getting poor, less choices of dim sum they are offering now. Although the quality is still acceptable, I don't think I will return because other dim sum places can offer better variety that I use to enjoy.

Jumbo Dim Sum Dining has been for a long, long time. I remember coming here when I was young, on a school trip, but hadn't been back since.Recently returned with my husband. We were seated right away and given tea and a small fillable paper with the different dish price categories on there. You don't have to do anything except leave that paper there, easily accessible to the server. There is no menu but rather when the food carts come around, the majority do have photos of the dishes with the name of the dish in English also written. The one negative is that there are no prices written, but if you are curious to know the price of each dish beforehand, their dim sum menu is available on their website with names and prices (no photos).Servers bring the food carts around very often and are very attentive. Once the server gives you a dish, they will initial the small fillable paper in the appropriate price category. Pay attention as it adds up quick!We tried the veggie and pork dumplings, crispy shrimp wontons, sesame balls with red bean, beef tripe, steamed shrimp dumplings, sticky rice, and some kind of shrimp patty. All was so good! There was much more that we didn't try. I would definitely go back but with maybe a group of 4 so we could try more things.The restaurant is clean and quite large. Service was excellent. We were in and out in just over 30 mins.

Our favorite Chinese standby in town. Delicious, hot and satisfies our cravings. Unfortunately they substantially shrunk their menu post pandemic so minus one star. I’m holding out hope they’ll bring back Peking duck.

We went today. The food was good. We did have to go ask to be served as our server was taking some time to get to us. We arrived shortly after 2pm. So I'm not certain dim sum carts were running at noon but definitely not at 2pm. This is fine bc they still let you order your dishes on a menu and they deliver to your table. It wasnt too busy in there. Maybe 6 tables. But that's normal for dim sum restaurants at that time. We were asked to show our covid vaccine info and ID. This is a, good dim sum restaurant if you are on the west end.

My favourite Dim Sum spot in the city! I've been coming here since I was a wee little one and I always leave satisfied. Delicious, affordable, and fast service; what more can you ask for!

First Dim Sum experience here! I loved it (: My favorite were the baked bbq pork buns, but honestly everything was delicious.The service was great, the staff is so friendly, they'll kindly explain what's available in their cart, the carts come out fairly often and if there's something you want that they're not carrying, they'll make sure to go and bring it out.Some tables are really closed together. So close we chatted with our neighbor for a while and he pointed out the place is great for large groups because you can try different dishes! I agree.Lots of parking lot, but it does get crowded at lunch time.I'll make sure to go back and try some of the desserts!

JUMBO ON FLAVOR!!!!!!!! Came here this long weekend for the millionth time, and it was just as expected. The dim sum was delish and the service was ish. Most of the good stuff at this restaurant is on the carts that the waiters roll around. For example: the fried wontons, shrimp dumpling patties, har gow, sui mai, chinese KFC and BBQ pork bun. There is not a lot of décor, so if you're looking for a fine dining dim sum lunch, run far away from here Andre De Grasse style. I love how the placemats they give you have your zodiac animal and it's traits on them. Hot tip: If you are a monkey like me, avoid tigers, just like you avoid the gym. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I wouldn't say this is near a Michelin star, but if you are looking for a yummy dummy dim sum lunch that doesn't make you get tear eyed when you see the bill, this is the place for you! Reviewess out!

Jumbo Dim Sum
Best dim sum I've tried in Edmonton so far! Very reasonably priced, especially for the portion size and quality. Restaurant itself is nothing really fancy, but the food and service is top notch. Dim sum is brought fresh from the back on carts that make their rounds regularly, so no waiting for food, and it's always fresh. Highly recommend.

Great food!… Peaple are friendly, although it can be hard to communicate sometimes.
