Rented a floor sanding machine. Had to rent for the weekend as they were closed and we could not return. The machine was totally useless. When my husband returned equipment and advised that we couldn't use it they didn't care...didn't offer a discount ....nada....will never ever return. Do yourself a f a favor and look elsewhere for your machine rental

Thanks for destroying my long-weekend! They put an item on hold, got there 8:45. Well mistakes happen, then they told me they would call me back. Well they didn't, all the help that I had lined up now, went home with all my beer!

I rented a post hole auger on Saturday from them and they double booked me with someone else. Because the person wasn’t happy I had to pay for an extra day and a half on top of my one day rental. They refused to refund me any amount (after they had promised me half a day back) although it was their mess up. I understand people mess up but it shouldn’t have been on me to pay for it.
