Absolutely nothing bad to say. Always great flowers and will go that extra step to make sure a client is happy. Reach out and ask about your flowers and arrangements, they will likely have what you want when you need it.

I send my parents flowers on Mother's and Father's Day each year now that I am away from home and Petals has never disappointed. They are my go-to hands down. I've even ordered their Florists choice" and it was almost more beautiful than the other options where I could choose a design. Always very happy and satisfied with their work

Very poor customer service! Price total quoted n price charged to my credit card was a $5+ difference! Other companies who quote their prices, honour their quotes! Buyer beware! Not recommended! Not going to be a repeat customer!

I called on a Tuesday morning to order a hand held bouquet for mother’s 50th Anniversary and a boutonnière for my dad. I specifically said yellow roses and gave them a price. I asked if they could write 7 names quick on the ribbon since we are military not even in country just so our names would be in the bouquet I was told that’s impossible- ok no worries. I was told a small rose bouquet she could carry was doable with the amount I gave them. I sent an email but no response so I called the next day and I was told they had no email And they did not have my order, but they vaguely remembered it. I then re-gave my order. The order was delivered with barely any yellow roses, and it was simply a pack of flowers to put in a vase. (I did have a great friend. Make some phone calls to help remedy for the next morning) I called left a message and expected a call back the next morning but nothing so I called them and they said it’s being fixed so don’t worry about it. I asked why it wasn’t what it was suppose to be in the first place And I was told I never asked for yellow roses, but it’s being fixed at no charge to me so it should be fine. It’s not the cost when you are 3500 miles away it’s what you can do to be there even if it’s as simple as a bouquet of yellow roses.

We recently celebrated our 28th Anniversary...my hubby sent me flowers. The flowers l received l thought were for afuneral no color in the bouquet. I was very disappointed....very boring white roses,white carnations. Sorry but was not impressed.

I will never order from this florist ever again as I am super disappointed with their processing, delivery, and professionalism. It took 4 days for a delivery as not only were they low stock, they had put down the wrong address. They had also messaged the recipient directly about the wrong address which completly defeats the purpose of a surprise floral arrangement being delivered if the recipient already knows about it. They should have messaged the sender If there were any problems and they had no contact with me what's so ever. I wasn't offered an upgrade, I wasn't offered a rebate or a discount, I wasn't even called or email to be notified of any changes or delays. I just have to say how disappointed I am in how this business operates and I hope they change how they treat their customers. For the astronomical prices they have for small floral arrangements I was hopeful they were professional but I was sadly mistaken and I hope other people read this review and think twice from ordering from this particular flower shop.

Fast friendly service. Double cup our drinks without asking... nice on the fingers !!! Didn't offer a tray to carry my drinks out. Will definitely go back. Drinks are a lot better then what you get at mc Donald or Tim Horton.

I asked for a simple.on the less expensive side bouquet something thayvyhwubaaid would cost $50 totaled at $70. They were ride didn't understand my director sent them written directions and have vwenal directions and spelling they still spelled the name wrong. Will never feel with them again. There were 2 orders for the same person and they screwed up bitn completely unprofessional and ride they need to check their attitude for customer service.

Did a wonderful job providing funeral arrangements for my Dad's funeral. Asked for colour and got beautiful flowers. Thanks.

If there was 6 stars that’s what I would give ... I ordered a bouquet over the phone to the funeral home taking care of our cherished Uncle earlier this month. What we got was so much more than expected, we were overjoyed to see what Petals had put together with just a quick description over the phone. My whole family was soooo happy ❤️ Thank you for capturing exactly the ‘extra’ that my Uncle Terry was... would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
