I wish I had a zero star! If you are black DO NOT GO HERE! I asked for French tips ; I got the tip but the base color was grey. I told them I do not like and she told me next time I can pick a different color! I asked for it to be changed and was told it would be $15… I asked for management and they all started speaking in a different language and ignored me. The other customers in the shop had to step in for me to be treated like I deserved. $110 spend today and I will never come back!

This was the first time I have ever gotten my nails done with extensions and I showed them them a picture and a worker named yaster did them and they looked exactly like the picture! I really suggest that you come here!!

I booked an appointment for pedicure and acrylic nails. Pedicure experience was ok hardly 20 mins which costed $48. For the nails it was horrible, the lady was in so much rush and the way she was handling my hands were even worse. She hurt my finger and did not even care to do my nails properly. Like someone is spending more than $100 and this is what u get. No finishing, just wasted my money. It this shellac? My nails are bumpy and way more thick.

I like my nails but there were some deformity in some. Lol. From the above it look very nice. From the edge it looks like my nails are ready to depart like an aeroplane. When I asked the staff, she told me don't worry. I am fixing it. You can see in the photo how she has fixed it. They don't let you to speak. A word coming out from your mouth, they replied don't worry.

Incredible experience with these lovely ladies. For years I have ignored getting my nails done because of the experiences I have had. I brought my mother with me as a Mother’s Day gift and we both left smiling. The staff were very kind and completely respected the designs we had wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to this nail salon. You will not be disappointed!

I have deleted my old review, to post a new one after speaking with the owner of the store. When I arrived to the store for my very first visit ever, I was not greeted nor was I helped checking in. When I checked in for my 1:15pm appointment it was roughly 1:05pm, I waited more then 30 minuets after my scheduled appointment time before being seen. I had wanted a acrylic nail refill, but was severely pressured into getting bio gel after saying no several times, I eventually caved because they would not take no for an answer. The prices were not properly explained to me while I was getting my services, the women doing my nails continued to try to get me to upgrade for anything I had done.I ended up also getting a pedicure, which was also attempted to upgrade me. During the pedicure my technician was rushing through the service and I was cut considerably bad and bleed for a few minuets before it stopped. The technician did not apologize once and didn't say anything regarding my injury. After everything was finished I ended up having to pay $130, after the 10% cash discount, which is a ridiculous price. I left a 2 start review explaining my experience and was asked to contact the owner regarding my issues.Immediately after beginning the phone call the owner said that I had gotten said things done + other things I had not gotten done, and pointed out how I was wrong. He said I came in with 3 other people and got ___ done.I acrually came in alone, and corrected him. We then spent several minuets discussing the prices before i gave up trying to talk to him about it. i then explained what had happened to my toe, being cut and was concerned it was infected due to it being extremely painful and red the next day. I was then told my toe was infact not infected because the tools are clean and again I was offered no apology. The owner then offered to give me a 10% discount if i change my review for my next visit, which I would get a 10% discount if I just paid cash? I genuinely would have not written this review had anyone at least attempted an apology for my injury, and lack of communication during my visit, as these things sometimes happen. The cherry on top of everything was the rude owner who clearly doesn't care about the quality of service they are providing to their customers rather than their reviews and profit.I am extremely sad that my experience went this way as the work done on my hands was amazingly done, however my toenails were sloppy and I could have done better at home, considering I now have an infection.. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you want to be gaslight by the owner when trying to discuss issues you may have. As well as there are many other salons in the area with cheaper pricing, with better customer service. I gladly will not be coming back.

Nails for You was a wonderful experience! Ignore all of the bad reviews on here… Every woman working here was professional, and friendly. It’s an exceptionally clean, and welcoming environment. My pedicure was lovely, relaxing, and turned out beautiful. I highly recommend, and I will be back.

Emma did a fantastic job of my shellac pedicure today. I was a walk-in, but I was made to feel welcome. The leg massage was second to none. Well done! M

They are hardworking. Thanks to what they did with my nails. I asked her that my nail is up. She said don't worry. She is making it right. Look at the photos. They don't listen to you and they also think they are right. You can't critique them. My ring finger looked very up like flying aeroplane.

New to Waterloo I hadn’t found my go to nail place until I visited this salon. It’s extremely clean, polite and very professional. All the girls are so kind and do an amazing job. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and they are so thorough. The owner is hilarious and very funny! My new go to place.
