Nice store in the mills, decent selection but when i went in there there was only one employee (not uncommon for one employee in a small store on a sunday) and she was dead focused on one customer that she would not greet or even acknowlege any other potential customer entering the store. It nice to have a sales person focus on you however if you are the only one working, you need to be a bit more aware. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for help until I left and went else where. Over hearing their convo she is very knowlegable on boots so I guess that is a plus.

Probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Not sure what the lady’s name was, but I felt like I was talking to a friend the whole time rather than a sales associate. I would definitely go back for future purchases!

Visited the Tswassassen Mills location. It is right around the corner from the food court.Western wear aplenty, tons of hats, boots and belts. I was looking for a leather belt and they had a good selection.Best place for Western wear in my estimation. Will be back when I am looking to replace my boots.

Had quite an awkward experience yesterday at the tswassen mills location. I went in with my family looking to buy boots for all 4 of my daughters. Out of the 4, one was infant size, no issues finding her a pair. My 8 year old fit in children size no problem, found her pair. However for my 12 and 14 year old daughters, they would no longer fit children boots and wanted to get adult sized ones. When we asked the sales associate to help them find a pair. Her answer was quite condescending but they are $400 a pair". She said why would you buy them boots "they will grow out of." She would not help. I argued that as one grows out of a pair

I bought a beautiful pair of boulet boots here.Elanne is a fantastic saleswoman, very helpful and friendly HOWEVER - upon checking my receipt later I realize I was overcharged by $20. They offered me a free belt and mink oil, added it to the transaction (I was told this was for inventory purposes) and then subtracted the price of them. My fault for not checking the receipt right away. I’m not sure if this is something they do a lot or just an honest mistake but it makes me awfully suspicious of how they do business. I’m happy with the boots and service I received but left wondering where that extra $20 wound up.

I highly recommend this store to my friends and family. The customer service from Venkata Varma Peetha is AMAZING. Really helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about the product being sold here.In addition, they offer a wide range of items that provide a lot of flexibility when discovering what type of cowboy boot is for you (if you don't know already).My boots are on order and I will be receiving them soon. See photo attached. These are the first I purchased but certainly not the last :)

Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life, the two lovely ladies working there made me feel so special and helped me pick out an amazing pair of boots, a vest and a belt! They were incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable coming in. Service was always on point and they made it feel like I was talking to a friend rather than selling me products:) will definitely be coming back

Bought pair of boots and only lasted a few months of normal wear before they started to fall apart at the seams. Definitely not worth the $500 paid. if you want good quality I'd suggest going else where to get ariets which last a long time.
