I do not recommend using this company. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service provided by AJ Pumps. After taking time off work to meet them at our house during the day, their staff no showed for the appointment. For the rescheduled appointment after assuring us they would give us notice to meet them on our property they arrived without notice. The person who came to our house was at least knowledgable and solved the issue with our pump within 15 minutes; however, upon receiving our invoice, on top of the minimum $95 hourly rate, we were charged an additional zone fee" of $75 for attending our property which is less than 15km from their office. This fee was not disclosed to us upon booking our initial appointment. Will not be using AJ pumps again."

I do not recommend this company. Our well pump died in the winter and they came to replace it. (A number issues occurred during this process as well) They did a temporary job and were supposed to finish it once the weather was better. We called at least 4 times and no one got back to us so we called another company just to find out the install isn't even up to code and the whole thing has to be redone.

We are so happy that we chose AJ Pumps & Water Treatment to replace our deep well pump. Our well is about 300 feet deep. The pump was pulled by hand, replaced with a pump of the same kind. The old pump was over 27 years old. We were very relieved to be dealing with professionals who did an amazing job of getting our water flowing again. Thank you so much!

I have a constant water flow that come from under ground into a window well.I had a make shift pump in the well but everytime it rains I would need to check it every hr or so to make sure it was still working.AJ was called in to see if they could make this more reliable than the current set up.There professional service and knowledge has lead to a excellent job that functions better than I would hope for. The installer Jeremy made this job look easy. They finished the job as promised and I would reccomend AJ Pumps to anyone that requires this type of service.

Had AJ Pumps install a water meter in our new home, and the unit itself developed a drip after a year. One phone call and John was out, diagnosed the problem, did a temporary repair while a new pump was ordered, and was back in a week with the new pump reinstalled in a very fast, professional, and courteous visit. All under warranty, exceptional service for us....thank you!

I contacted them several times last week (by texts, by calls, by emails) to remind them about sending someone over my company to help to change the filter. Any time contacting them, the receptionist kept promising to call me in the end of the day to schedule a visit but she never did. 1* for this.

Super happy with the service. Office staff was very friendly on the phone and Yanni was quic and efficient finding the problem and fixing it.

Expertise and service were what I had hoped for. Went out of their way to meet our needs.Recent update: I left a message Sunday afternoon regarding a pump controller issue and I got a return call first thing Monday AM. They were out right away and had us up and running before lunch with less than 24 hours downtime. Very much appreciated and surpassed my expectations once again.

Our place has aging infrastructure and it's freezing and between Christmas and New Years...and we have a break somewhere... and AJ Pumps has been awesome! Even after I unloaded some of my frustration in an email, the boys were amazing at diagnosing solving our problems. I posted a video on YouTube about an internal water question and some thought it was disparaging AJ, but I posted the question and asked AJPumps...personally....because ...I TRUST AJ PUMPS!!Well done guys and gals.
