I called with a potential video cable problem on my laptop and was able to bring it by immediately. Pat is very professional, honest and knowledgable and he walked me through every step of what he was doing. The care he took was very appreciated. In and out in 30 minutes and my laptop works perfectly! I would definitely recommend coming here for any of your computer maintenance needs

BTW This is my first review ever. I called this guy to ask about bringing in a high end gaming pc and he’s instantly rude on the phone and refuses to give me a minute of his time for me to explain to him the issue. I understand people can be having a bad day sometimes but when I told him that I was calling to ask questions and make sure he could fix the problem he said won’t talk to me for free and to make an appointment for 75$.

Called to ask about the process for repairing my computer and the costs, and they were very rude. Seemed to think I wanted the diagnosis for free when I was just trying to ask about bringing it in. Don't live in the city so didn't want to just show up if it didn't sound like the computer was repairable. Lost a potential customer who didn't actually mind paying for the diagnosis.
