Dr. Gill is one of the best optometrists. It was my first visit today. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and personable, moreover, very understanding and not in hurry. I had lots of questions which he answered with great patience. Eye exam was very comprehensive and through. I was very nervous when I came for eye exam, but left his office with great comfort. I would strongly recommend Dr. Gill for any kind of eye problem.

I was having medical history due to which my eyes were always having some problems due to strong medication effects. He not only identified cataract but he also understood all the medical history within no time. He helped me getting my cataract surgery done in 15 days time by following up with my specialist doctors. He has strong diagnostic skills. I am sure he will reach to peak shortly in his work.The receptionist has excellent customer skills ,very helpful and communicative.

I got there 10 minutes before my 4pm appointment and checked in and the receptionist asked me to sit down which I did. At around 5 minutes before my appointment I asked the receptionist if there is a form I could fill out while I'm waiting. She rudely told me she is too busy to give me a form so I sat back down. I got up again 5 minutes after 4 to see if the receptionist could give me an eta of when I would be called. She told me she does not know that and there is someone else in there and 2 other people ahead of me. She said each appointment time varies and an appointment is up to 45 minutes long. So upon realizing I might not be called until after 5 and would be waiting there over an hour I told her to cancel my appointment. She didn't care. If doctors want patients to respect their time then it should work the opposite as well where client's time is also respected.

Great service and quality of care from a very professional team. Dr. Bains is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Definitely recommending Northwest Eye Doctors to everyone I know for their eyecare needs.

This review is regarding the young girl name komalpreet working at the front. I was wonder-struck by the way she treated my parents. She explained them everything with such an empathetic tone that I felt that she treats all patient above all. My mother especially was very nervous as she can’t speak English very well but she handled the situation extremely well.Dr Bains is an amazing doctor. He look after my mother in the blink of an eye not like other doctors who keep on sending patients to different doctors.Amazing staff and doctor.

What a wonderful new practice!My daughter's eyesight is significantly impacted.Dr Bains and his technician were thorough in their investigation into how best to treat her.They carry a nice selection of eyewear and my daughter was able to choose frames quickly.Highly recommend!

** Updated review August 21/20I was contacted for a prescription check, which I had today. Once again the customer service from the assistant was fantastic, and the optometrist was very thorough this time, taking care to explain the tests and the specifics of how glasses are made for eyes like my own. They are following all of the new Covid-19 guidelines, so I felt safe during my visit. I now have a new, adjusted pair of glasses on the way. My experience this time was great, I felt heard and am confident my new glasses will be the right strength, and I am changing my review from 2 stars to 5. **The receptionist is fantastic, very friendly and helpful, the optometrist was not. He did not listen to me when I told him that due to being dyslexic I was taught to read by the shape of the letters, and can recognize them well, even when blurry, so I need to be tested on the children's instruments in order to get accurate results, which he refused to do, and now I still cant see through my glassesPretty disappointed.
