Small campground with friendly staff. Sites are close together but they all back onto a gorgeous little Creek.

Went as a group to have lunch which was delish. Want to go back in the summer to walk the grounds that look beautiful and do a tour.

I have stayed here before and my second visit was even better than the last. The hosts are very gracious and friendly, the grounds are beautiful, and space is a nice mix of sun and shade! This is 100% a great weekend stop, stay for a night or three and you'll see why such a small campground has such big character!

Highly recommend this place, although at 1st glance it just seems like your camping in a parking lot, there is so much beauty. From a beautiful creek running along the campsite, to taking a stroll throughout the the gardens that are located behind the office store. We stayed for 4 nights and r grouped booked 5 sites. Within few minutes from site we enjoyed wineries, produce markets (ice cream for kids), and enjoyed dip in river. Amazing host made the trip extra special, easy booking with Kyla & great daily visits with Chris to make sure we were all doing good. We are looking forward to making this a annual trip.

I gave this place 5 stars because of the historical significance. The museum is very interesting and worth a visit. The campground has decent sized spots along the creek. The bathroom facilities could use some upgrades.

An okay spot to park for a night but I wouldn't recommend longer. The campground is just an extension of the parking lot and spots are small with zero privacy. It was nice to have power and water. The creek was cute but best to bring water shoes for the rocks. You could sit in the creek but not really beside it.Washrooms are decent but not cleaned while I was there (3 nights). No showers which I didn't realize when I booked.Garbage pile was overflowing and very stinky. No place to walk the dog except on the road .. which wasn't too bad. They didn't respond to two emails I sent 2/3 weeks earlier regarding the keremeos creek fires and I needed to cancel the last few nights.I met one of the hosts by accident in the parking lot, very nice, but that was the only time I ever saw anyone over 4 days.

A Historical gem in the Keremeos area withe the only working water powered Grist Mill still operating at times grinding grain. Built 1871. The homestead and the grounds around the Grist Mill are wonderful to walk around plus the small on-site museum gives the history of the mill and the man who built it. Definitely a good visit. There also is a small 11 site campground there with water and power hookups. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. I would give it a 5 but as a campground there are a few things that need doing. First off the garbage collection site is an unsightly mess in the view of campers. It needs cleaning up and kept clean. 2ndly and more importantly the bathrooms need finishing pronto! At least get the unisex 3 stall bathroom doors installed and lockable. The one stall is a 10min fix to add a proper striker so the stall door can be locked. Get the mens room toilet functioning. This hasn't really changed since our visit 2 years ago. Not acceptable for a campground. Third make it clear in your campground info THERE ARE NO SHOWERS, this pc of info is important to tenters, RV's not so much. We do enjoy staying here and these fixes would make it so much better resulting in 5 stars from us.

This campsite was essentially a sectioned off part of the parking lot. I will agree with a lot of reviewers that the small creek that runs alongside the spots is what really makes this campground. You have great noise canceling with it, and also is like a white noise machine at night. We had nice neighbours our second night and that was good because your neighbour is right smack dab beside you. I'd go here again, but only if I needed a hookup.Note: the people who run the campground and grist mill are SO lovely. They get a star all on their own for how sweet and kind hearted they were.

We found this place by accident, stayed for one night and fell in love with it. Small overall site but each RV spot is delightful. They are quiet, back on to a small stream and look out onto the dessert hills to the north. Beautiful does not do it justice. Add to this the friendly staff, and proximity to wineries, we immediately booked our next trip here for 4 nights. I highly recommend them.

Here for two days camping, beautiful place, just a few campsites, all have the creek bubbling along behind each campsite. No showers but nice washrooms. Have not been on the tour of the Grist Mill yet - will see it tomorrow. They also have a restaurant but have not gone - was told it was very good.
