Tom Martin Cabinets

Had Tom redo a small kitchen for us. He did a great job. He had it done promptly so we could sell.

Would not recommend Tom Martin cabinets, extremely unprofessional. My girlfriend went in and ordered new countertops and backsplash for our kitchen. Waited 6 weeks to find out only the countertop had been ordered and she would have to go in and re order tile. Not a big deal we were fine with that, so they installed the countertop but didn't screw in the back corner, while working in my house he was very unprofessional, constantly yelling and cussing while my girlfriend is home, he damaged the fridge and knocked a piece of art off the wall and scratching paint off the wall. He didn't say anything about damage and left art on the floor. Tom told my girlfriend over the phone when she brought up that the countertop wasnt screwed in, that he wasnt able to and that silicon on the top would hold it. The guy Tom sub contracts to do the tile came in and did a great job. The tile guy noticed that the countertop wasn't screwed in and did so himself. The corner that wasn't screwed in was behind a lazy Susan, so sure it wasn't the easiest screw to put in but to tell a customer it's impossible ? Tom is extremely disorganised, he's called my girlfriend 6x in a day for questions all answered in the 2 emails she had sent to him. After paying I had asked his receptionist to have Tom call me as I haven't dealt with him yet and would like to express my disappointment with the job. He hangs up on me after about a minute and says write a bad review whatever"."
