Nice, modern office. All staff are so welcoming. Nurses are amazing, gentle and caring. Our family doctor, Dr. Yildiz is awesome - listens and wants to help. I had problems with blood pressure postpartum and the whole team works hard to make sure you’re seen/helped. When Dr. Yildiz wasn’t available, they scheduled me with the other doctors no questions asked. The two other doctors were so kind as well. Very happy we switched to Vivo!

Amazing service WOW! Dr. Kadhim is the best doctor I've had; very thorough, succinct, and understanding. Had a gastro problem for years, Dr. Kadhim figured it out and had me on treatment that worked on my very first visit! The rest of the staff are just as amazing as well, especially the nurse!! If you're afraid of needles, come to her, you don't even feel A THING! I'd give this place 6 stars if I could! :)

I seldom write reviews except in exceptional situations. The care I have received from Dr. Raj has been exceptional since I have never, in 76 years, had a doctor who has been so meticulous in helping me to optimize my health. She regularly follows-up and modifies my treatment plan based on the latest test results and the effectiveness of my healthy lifestyle changes.I am immensely grateful to Dr. Raj for her expert support of my well-being.

Whoever works reception answering calls is very impolite & unprofessional for a medical clinic. Felt as if they were trying to belittle me when calling about my spot on the waitlist. Some sympathy would’ve been nice.

Dr. Kadhim is fantastic however the front desk can do better. Also, not sure if the clinic is over capacity in terms of patients but it was a lot easier scheduling time within a few days to a week… now it’s impossible to get an appt in within a reasonable time. Regardless, I don’t think it’s much of an excuse..There has been quite the difference since the clinic first opened up until now. I would always be able to get someone live when I called or atleast a call back within a couple hours. Now, good luck if you manage to have someone answer your call and you likely won’t hear back until EOD or next day if you leave a voice message.

I came on befoe and wrote a not nice review regard front desk. Well there is a reason they arent as prompt as we all are use to. Witht the ever changing technology and double load of clients, they are working to accommodate us all. And instead of writing a review Inshoukd have just talked to themThey assited and went out of the waynto get me in to see Dr. K -who is my super hero btw. Sometimes its better to be old school and talk to people instead of jumping to conclusions writong online. Thank you Vivo Fam.

I can’t say enough about how great this clinic is! So clean and modern. The office staff are always so friendly. Nurse Sasha was so patiently and friendly with my children. Dr.Kadhims approach is great. He listens to all of your concerns, and always makes time for you. Thank you Vivo for your service!

I have nothing but positive things to say. Typically on time with most appts, helpful front of desk staff, don’t have to wait long for an appt., Dr makes good referrals and follows up on issues (ie, phoned me the Monday after an E.R visit when got a report to check in) . I liked her so much my spouse also changed to her and as a complex patient he is happy with the care her is receiving. Location is good too and very clean atmosphere, follows COVID standards well
