Yesterday I Ordered chicken balls only. This was my first time ordering from them. Chicken balls were horrible! They looked fine and felt hot. When biting into one the chicken tasted as if it was freezer burnt or maybe stored for a long time but it definitely tasted off. The red sweet and sour sauce was okay. Customer service at from desk was great. Unfortunately I will never be ordering from here again. I don't understand how anyone can mess up such a simple dish; Chicken balls.

The food here has really gone down hill in the last couple of years (at best a hit and miss, maybe different cook), I will be looking for another Chinese restaurant . They are omitting costlier items that are supposed to be part of the meal ie. Almonds, Shrimp and vegetables. The food is often over cooked and not fresh looking.

Love this restaurant. Best Chinese food in the area by a country mile. Friendly girls working the cash; always good for small talk while you wait. Prices are pretty good. Large portions. I normally get chow mein; can't comment on the rest of their menu, because I'm a creature of habit!

They don't know how to prioritize their orders. I ordered the exact same dishes as the customer after me, but since I paid at a later time, they didn't start cooking my order 'til after I paid. Poor customer service.

I hate to give bad reviews...but I feel this is necessary to let the owner know so improvements can be made:1, LONG BBQ SPARE RIBS TASTED LIKE THEY WERE FROZEN THEN MICROWAVED WITH BBQ SAUCE DUMPED ON THEM. POOR AT BEST2. BEEF CHOW MEIN SOGGY AND BLAND WITH POORLY PREPARED BLACK BEAN SAUCE.3. CHICKEN BALLS HARD AS ROCKS OVER COOKED PROBABLY LUNCH LEFT OVERS RE-FRIED TO RE HEAT AND SERVE.4. DEEP FRIED SPICY SQUID. WOW !! OVER COOKED WITH TOO MUCH SALT TO MASK FROZEN FISHY TASTE.5. ALMOND SOO GUY??? NOT ONE ALMOND SLIVER ???SHOULD BE PEANUT SOO GUY!\ PROBABLY THE ONLY HALF DESCENT DISH I ORDERED6. BEST DISH WAS FREE CHICKEN FRIED RICEDEAR KINGS GARDEN OWNER:WHEN YOU OPENED IN 2007 FOOD WAS GOOD THEN SLOWLY DECLINED?? Simply amazing! Service is just incredible. The lovely ladies taking the orders are always serving with a smile and are extremely friendly. Also, the food is fantastic and is consistently satisfying my hunger as it is fresh and very tasty. I am always finding myself to return to this fine establishment as it is the BEST Chinese food I have ever had. This restaurant is highly recommended in my opinion and i suggest everyone to give it a try since it is absolutely amazing... The ladies working there are extremely nice and pretty as well. :P

This is the worst Chinese food I ever had in ma life. I order for a combo take out and I received some food with lots of sauces and lots of salt. OMG.. I don't wanna go there again.

Always fresh and tasty dishes with many choices for take-out or delivery. Friendly staff and fairly quick service but it is best to call ahead if you are picking up.

I used to order from here on a regular basis and was always pleased with the food. I'm not sure if these are new owners but my family and I are sorely disappointed with the food!! The only good one was the plain fried rice and lobster sauce. The chicken used in the three chicken dishes ordered had bones and huge chunks of fat. The chicken and ginger dish was very distasteful as they used the sushi ginger instead of real ginger. The food was cold and almost like they had it was sitting for a while warming up and just threw it in the containers. I spent $42 and we have to throw out majority of it. The girl who took the order over the phone was very nice and helpful so the one star is for her. Unfortunately, I will not order from them again nor will I suggest anyone to purchase there.
