Braceworks Custom Orthotics - AADL Approved Service Provider

Above and beyondI have been coming to Braceworks for 10 years with 10+ visits. I see an improvement over time (I would rate them 3 or 4 stars at their previous location 10 years ago). In. the past months, Braceworks staff's innovative problem solving has helped me to stay active. They are hard working, good listeners, who book you in quickly. Of the many healthcare practitioners I've seen in the past 6 months, Braceworks has been the most helpful.

We have been going here for six years. My son has lots of medical issues, so we see many health care professionals, and these visits are the most pleasant of them all. They always do their best to accommodate and make adjustments easy for us. The product works well, and is good quality. Marc is very knowledgeable. The location is great, and it is always easy and free to park.

Convenient location, friendly and knowledgeable staff

I do not recommend Braceworks to anyone. They are completely unprofessional. They won't make a new set of AFOS even though I'm willing to pay out of pocket for them instead of using AADL due to changes in my health. I even had a specialist order the new set and was going to come to the appointment to make sure we are all on the same page and now they have walked away. They won't answer calls, they turn off your phone and when you do have modifications to the original pair they charge $200.

Braceworks Custom Orthotics is amazing. Our family feels so lucky to have found them. Our teenaged son has pectus carinatum; we have felt like family since calling to set up a consult appointment. The secretary is kind, helpful, very organized, compassionate and a paperwork genius. She even came into the room to get us to repark so that we didn't get a parking ticket! Unbelievable. Marc, the Orthotist is empathetic, kind, competent, capable, intelligent and obviously very passionate about helping kids going through body adjustment issues. The office is very conveniently located with free parking. Amazing experience. Amy B.
