Mr. Picky (father-son team) arrived 30 mins later than the original agreed upon time, but emailed me an hour ahead to let me know. VERY considerate! They were here about 3.5 hours and they are incredibly thorough! They cleaned the entire HVAC duct system, including furnace and dryer vent- I even got to see before & after photos!! They removed every vent cover and vacuumed each one before screwing them back into place. All the duct access holes were patched up well afterwards. They also cleaned the carpets in 2 bedrooms and my stairs as well. I was impressed by the sheer amount of time and effort they put into their work. As it's said, good things take time
