I have stayed in corporate stays accomodation in couple of cities and it never disappointed me. Well maintained clean spaces.Their customer support is the best. Recently I happend to stay in one of their properties in Vancouver downtown and because of a plan change I had to get a car and I badly needed a parking spot. So I contacted corporate stays . Even though it was a last minute request, they managed to get me an indoor parking in an affordable rate. I have to mention the agent who helped me did a great job. So Mr Ali Tamkeen if you are reading this , thank you so much. You did a great job, Appreciate that.

I will always choose CorporateStays over any other agency or app. The process to book is quick. Doesn’t take forever to get approvals like some of the Apps out there.There accommodations are fully equipped and accommodating to your needs.Their staff is efficient and communicate within more than reasonable time frame. I really love the apartments - it's fairly spacious with a beautiful view, and the apartments are realy clean, organized, well structured and new.Additionally, the service is really nice and courteous. They constantly get back to me within a few hours time and always provides me with the answers I'm looking for.Elizabeth Rojas, she is the person who is always helping us with any questions or requests we have - even the things that doesn't necessarily apply to what the coporate can do, she helps us reach out and is able to find a resolution.Truly satisfied with the services!!

Title: Great Location, Clean Place, but Compact and Lacks ACReview:I recently had a stay at this Airbnb and wanted to share my experience. Overall, there were both positive and negative aspects that I feel are worth mentioning.On the positive side, the location of the place was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near transportation options, English Bay, and downtown. Additionally, the proximity to grocery shops, coffee shops, and restaurants made it incredibly convenient for daily needs. The area itself was pleasant and the place was well-maintained, providing a clean and comfortable environment. The fact that it was walkable to many attractions was a definite plus.In addition, I would like to highlight a few more positive aspects of my stay. The place was well-equipped with all the essential basic needs for cooking, which was convenient for preparing meals. Additionally, there was an ample supply of detergents available, which came in handy for a couple of days' stay.Furthermore, the WiFi provided at the accommodation was both stable and fast, ensuring a reliable internet connection throughout my time there. This was greatly appreciated, especially for those who rely on a consistent and efficient online connection.However, there were a few downsides that I encountered. Firstly, the space appeared more spacious in the pictures than it actually was in reality. It turned out to be quite compact, which may not be ideal for guests seeking a larger living area. Another drawback was that the designated workspace was located in the walk-in closet, which felt cramped and less than ideal for productivity.Lastly, the absence of air conditioning was a bit inconvenient, particularly during warmer days. While it may not be an issue for everyone, it's worth considering for those who prefer a cooler indoor environment.Despite these cons, I appreciated the overall experience and the positive aspects of the stay.In summary, this Airbnb offers a great location with easy access to transportation, nearby amenities, and a clean living environment. However, guests should be aware that the space may be smaller than expected, the workspace is situated in a walk-in closet, and there is no air conditioning.I hope this review provides helpful insights for future guests.

I 100% recommend the Corporate stays apartments. I am staying in Burnaby ( Hazeel Building ) .The facilities are wonderful and the management of the entire team is exceptional.I have to congratulate Hakim for his impeccable work from minute one.Congratulations!! You are 5 stars without a doubt.

I've been staying in a Corporate Stay unit at Telus Gardens for almost 6 months on a corporate relocation from the US. Melissa Barrera was a tremendous help getting everything ready for my arrival, and despite some initial hiccups on some amenities not being ready at move-in, Melissa and the local team supported by Sarah Williams helped get everything squared away. Very happy with my stay so far.

An honest review of our experience of renting an apartment at Corp Stays for 3 months. Our personal manager Salma Machkour is an elusive employee who cannot be reached by phone at her office. Ever!There are several outranges points worth leaving a review about:1. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions were not sent to us (as supposed to) due to some system issues. We received them only the next day! Nobody cared to provide the instructions manually. We have stayed at the apartment for one day less but we have paid the rent in full. Not even saying that we were lucky that we were switching places, not just arrived in Burnaby…2. We wanted to rent a parking spot. To get it, I had to look for a CS employee in the building who is responsible for parking spaces. Normally, it’s supposed to be figured out through the office. No one warned us that there might not be available parking spots when we were booking a stay. We had to park on the street for more than a week.3. I constantly had to communicate with the accounting department directly, because the invoices were issued incorrectly every month. After paying for the designated parking spot, it turned out (the accounting department issued an invoice) that if we paid, this does not mean that the parking spot will be provided. Another car was parked on our spot. Selling 1 parking lot 2 times is the norm for CS.4. Our date of departure from the country has changed, about which we warned CS in advance. Of course, they refused to adjust the invoice. They also refused to send us the check-out instructions in advance. By their rules, the system sends it the day before departure and they did not care to send the instructions to us earlier. I had to ask a friend to hold the keys until I received the instructions. Apparently, this was done on purpose so that we could not properly prepare the apartment for the checkout – they have an extensive list of what they want to be done. There are extra fees for everything. Basically, they want to leave you the place spotlessly and clean.4. The most unexpected was that despite the fact that we paid for cleaning in advance (they change the extra check-out cleaning fee right away), we were charged an additional fee for cleaning - $280. Although the contract does not specify this. Their excuse for the fees was that we did not ideally cleaned the bathroom and toilets, did not wash and iron the bed sheet, and forgot some of our things.5. Be careful, CS employees - Moeed Tariq, take pictures and send your personal information to each other. If you happen to forget your underwear, know that they will definitely take a picture of it. CS monitors your every movement in the building. This applies only to CS clients. Ordinary residents renting directly through the building management do not experience constant pressure.If you don't value your personal information and are ready to waste your money, CS is a great choice.To me personally, this is the worst service in Canada I have ever received. And I have been staying in quite a few different places in Canada.

I rented a unit from Corporate Stays when my wife and I were moving to Canada for the first time. Although it was so difficult to find a unit from outside of Canada, it went very smooth and easy with Corporate Stays. During our stay, the support was fast and very helpful. We had a couple of changes in our rent period and Daniela helped us to extend or change our checkout date without any problem.We stayed in The Zephyr for 2 months. It's in a great location and the building and unit are really nice. I absolutely recommend this service.

The fridge and windows had hand marks all over them, felt like this place was not deeply cleaned for years! Terrible experience, had to spend and hour cleaning the whole kitchen upon my arrival. Not to mention 25 flies that was roaming in the apartment and made my first night very disturbing! All the codes they provided for the building, parking, and amenities were wrong and I had to call the front desk every single time trying to access anything!!!! This was not a peaceful experience

Stayed at the Zephyr in Vancouver for almost 2 months and had a very enjoyable experience there. Hakim Filali was our first point of contact, he walked us through the booking process and made it so easy for us especially as we were outside of Canada. He would get back to us almost instantly and handled all our requests up until the last day.The building location is so convenient, almost anywhere is accessible on foot and bus stops and a minute away. The apartment gets plenty of natural light and offers beautiful views of the surroundings. It is well equipped and maintained.Overall it was a pleasant and effortless stay we had, I'm thankful for the amazing team behind it. I would like to extend my gratitude to Maria, Hanane, Blessie and Hadi from the concierge team who assisted us during our stay there.
