had a great service late afternoon friday, had Jason do a comprehensive diagnose of my laptop, replaced my screen and fully cleaned it. 10/10 great job

I had a problem with my phone, it was infected with a virus, making the phone almost unusable. I went in to Techbuy and a gentleman named Jason looked at it & fixed it within moments. He also walked me through what to do if something like this occurs again. He was absolutely awesome, considerate & helpful, & I am very grateful. I will definitely be back for any tech issues, & I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of computer/phone service.

Came to Techbuy on Tuesday after being turned away from the Apple store in Newmarket.Early Tuesday morning my iPhone 12 Pro Max completely blacked screened while I was asleep and would not turn back on despite being fully charged and working fine only a few hours prior.I booked an appointment at the Apple Store in Upper Canada, and the technician there immediately dismissed me after noticing a minor crack in my screen.I was told my phone was unrepairable and my only options were to purchase the same model phone at $800+tax (without warranty) or buy a brand new phone all together (~$1500+ depending on which phone I selected).I left and contacted Techbuy solely to see if they could retrieve the data off my phone as I was still under the impression it was broken for good. Techbuy did a diagnosis of the phone (for free) and contacted me roughly 1 hour later saying it was a simple fix and would cost me only $200+tax. My phone was ready for pickup the same day 1 hour later and has worked completely fine again upon pickup. No data was lost as well which was a huge relief. The only issue I have now is that after the repair my Face ID doesn't work, however I plan to give them a call to see if they can take a look at this considering it did work prior to my phone black screening. This isn't a big issue for me as I assume they wouldn't have been able to test this in their store without me present to try and unlock the phone with my Face ID. Will update my review after i'm able to speak to them again about this.Would recommend Techbuy to everyone. 10/10 Experience. And will go to them directly over visiting Apple if I ever experience problems again.

Purchased a new cell phone at TechBuy yesterday, and was very happy with my experience. I am not much of a techie, so was relieved when Nadeem looked after setting up the new phone and moving my data over. I was there more than an hour, and even when the transfer was completed, he patiently walked me through the functions of the new device, and helped me get comfortable with using it. I would highly recommend Techbuy, and have nothing but good things to say about Nadeem.

The owners are very kind and knowledgeable. Although they tried to get my phone to run properly, at least they got it to get internet. There was no charge and I also was able to get a much needed charger for a very reasonable price. I will get my cellphone accessories there from now on.

I deal with Techbuy for over 15 years. Chand and Omer are 2 guys you really can trust. They are ALWAYS very helpful and know their business well. I bought quite a few computers and Monitors from them and was never disappointed. I wish them well at their new location and recommend them very highly .Helmut

very disappointed in their work. had them replace a backing and cámara glass on my Iphone 11. i got it back with dots in the camera and they had told me it will be an extra $95 to fix it when there were no issues with the visibility of the camera before. and the metal siding of my iphone is all scratched and damaged and told me i brought it in like that! The only thing the guy said he can do for me is take $10. Absolutely disgusting work they did

Awesome service, everyone there was super helpful and I got my phone fixed the same day and slightly discounted when compared to some other places. Would definitely recommend if you need to repair a phone!
