Bought what I thought was a stud earring. Even showed the person mending the store my almost healed earlobe piercing. I was told that it's fine. When I tried this on, I notice that the post was too short (6mm), and when I tried to return this they won't let me. Looked liked I was duped on buying this, because when I found their store in Coquitlam Mall, I was told that what they sold me was a nose earring, the reason for a shorter post...WHAT A RIP OFF!

Went yesterday and the staff was super helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted and was very thorough in looking for the parts to my body jewelry. Amazing price. Very satisfied!

First time inquiring about getting my first piercing. When I first approached the kiosk, the young woman with red hair was busy cleaning the displays and what appeared to he filling stock. As soon as I said hello, I was greeted with a warm, friendly, and beautiful smile. Her name was Taylor. She was very informative, knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer all of my questions. She also informed me of the studio where I could get piercings and tattoos. What a wonderful hardworking and friendly employee. She made my day. Please thank her for her excellent service!Turns out you only get decent service from a few staff members. Management likes to sit on their ass and stare into their phones. This place clearly has terrible management practices when you decide to release employees who work for you while retaining managers that duck responsibility, pass blame and only work for themselves, not their company.

I bought what I thought were two pairs of threaded tunnels. The sales person was very helpful and informed me of their no return or exchange policy but that if there was a problem about the threads that I could come back. To my surprise when I opened them after I got home, one pair was not threaded. I went back for an exchange because of the sales person's honest mistake, but the manager (who can only be reached via phone) did not honour an exchange but that I could pay them another $30 for the correct ones. I other words, I owe them for their mistake.

Stay away from this company. Salesperson sold me the wrong item to me. I mentioned specifically what I wanted but she gave me the wrong type. I went back immediately to return /exchange the item but was refused. I’ve come to this place many times before , but not anymore. They ignore their mistakes and do not care about customer satisfaction. STAY AWAY…Scammers

My ear lobe holes closed a bit at the back and I wanted to get a conch piercing so I went to the Bodymods store by Winners.. The person at the front was approachable and warm and helped me pick out the right earrings and explained that they would try to use their tool to push through the holes first instead of repiercing my lobes, saving me money. Thankfully, they didn't need to repierce them. When he set up the conch piercing, he took his time to make sure he knew what I planned to wear in the hole once it healed so he could make sure it would display well. It didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought and aftercare was explained in detail. What a positive experience. I will definitely go back for help changing my earrings and further piercing. I highly recommend them. Thanks!
