I highly recommend Handyman Services by Will!Will was great to work with, he showed up on time, was very detail orientated, and listened to my concerns! The job was done efficiently and as I mentioned above very detail orientated! When it came to installing the stairs/ repairing them, Will listened to my ideas and what I wanted done and I couldn’t be happier!! He even fixed the mistakes the previous contractor made.Will was also very tidy and cleaned up any left over materials/ tools when he was completed! It was very appreciated to not have to worry about anyone getting hurt from a nail etc.Thank you again Will! I am definitely recommending you to everyone I know!

I called Will on July 13 about my front step having some concrete damage he returned my call and came over and looked at it that day. It was repaired July 20th exactly a week later. Thanks very much Will

I hired Will to complete a bathroom renovation.It literally has been a disaster from the beginning. And now he won’t return messages or emails. My bathroom is not completed and tiling he did do is a complete disaster. The grout is different colours on the tiles around the bathtub. The niche he added is a mess. Things are coming loose......tub spout and bathtub cover. Floor is uneven and unfinished. The cabinet is chipped at the bottom. Painting has not been done.I have emailed and texted and no response and of course I have already paid money to him.I am frustrated and angry. I have someone else coming to give me a quote to finish and hopefully repair the mess.If I could rate a zero I would.****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY****Pay more money for quality work.Who can run a business and not get back to people?Disgraceful.I see the response from Linda, Will’s assistant. The excuse of Will being busy is just an excuse. I was never told I would be waiting for over a month for it to be finished. I was booked in before he got the big job as Will had told me. The guy with the big job was demanding so I was cast aside.They fail to see that the real problem is the shoddy workmanship and the damage done.Yes they paid for the bin but despite that the job was not completed and is not satisfactory. If I could post pictures I would. Why would I have Will back to finish when he’s already made such a mess?To say he worked for bath fitter for years is questionable. Never would any Company accept the shoddy work he did in my bathroom. Funny that he told me he had been in trouble at bath fitter for trying to cut corners. Unfortunately I didn’t know this before he started.He also had a student with him that he didn’t express to me the guy was not qualified and he had him install tiles on my bathroom floor where he made an error.Stop with the excuses of Will being busy. That does not have any relevance for his unacceptable work.***Update***. Had a contractor in to look at the bathroom. It has to be completely ripped out and redone.Lots of damage. Cannot be fixed without restarting.Very distressing. Leaks and cracked tiles are inevitable because it was not done correctly.***update*** bathroom tiles were installed on top of wood flooring in a bathroom. No waterproof membrane used to prevent leaks. Tiles should NEVER be installed without waterproofing in a bathroom. Tiles uneven around shower not installed correctly and leaving big gaps between wall and tub. Have received several quotes to fix and every contractor said everything had to be ripped out and start again. I had to re buy tiles.Floor tiles installed without waterproof membrane and leaving huge gaps from the wall.I wish I could share photos. If anyone would like to see please comment. I will be more than happy to forward them to you.Find a contractor on Trusted pros. Pay more money. It is worth it.The contractors I have had in to see are shocked at the shoddy work that Will did. It’s unfortunate that I am still dealing with this as compensation is warranted.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Will put up a light fixture in our kitchen. The previous contractor didnt install the electrical box in the ceiling correctly which made it difficult to install. Will made sure it was perfect. My wife was very pleased. I will use his services again and would highly recommend.

Will does an absolutely incredible job and is done of those contractors who can nearly tackle anything for you. His work is quick, professional and long lasting. If you want work done right, the first time, get in touch with Will!

We had a gas BBQ that needed to be converted to propane. One quick call to Will and he came out and got it done! He was fast, friendly and the price was fair!Thank you Will !

Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with my rental property. Not only was Will and his wife extremely accommodating and responsive to my last minute requests, but even my tenant went out of her way to advise how punctual, professional and courteous he was during the installations. He was very reliable, came everyday on time, and was in constant contact with us.He arranged to have an electrician and plumber, and made our whole process easy.We are very happy to finally have another room and bathroom.
