I bought a watch as a present in Vancouver that couldn't be opened to change the battery. The instructions said to mail it, it would be a $25.00 charge plus mailing. Brian changed the battery in a few minutes and charged less than half of their fee. Thank you again!

My watch crystal has been nicely replaced here today. I dropped my watch onto the stone tile floor right after I bought it, and it now looks new again. It was done very fast and professionally at a reasonable price. Thank you.

We took two watches in to be repaired and Brian Frank was absolutely efficient, professional and accurate with his price quote. Great shop - tidy and filled with amazing clocks. The watches were Invicta and he had to do some detailed work to repair (they work great). We would recommend BW Frank Watchmaker for anyone hoping to have a watch repaired (or even a battery replaced).

I called this fellow regarding a simple clock fix. After being on hold for several minutes, I called back. I explained the situation and he told me not to come until after 10:30. The business hours are at 9 o'clock in the morning. No explanation was given. I never even got a name. As I am still speaking to tell him that I would be by in the afternoon as I had an appointment, he hung up in my ear. I was trying to explain to him that I would be able to come in after lunch. As a veteran of retail sales and also holding a Honours degree in Business Management, I find that happens all too often. I'm a firm believer in supporting small local businesses. Unfortunately, in this situation I'm off to a big chain store to have the work done. Customer relations are as important as quality of work.Even though the monetary value of the transaction is minimal, word of mouth spreads like fire. Especially nowadays. Food for thought.

Incredibly fast and efficient, fair pricing. I went in expecting to have to drop off my watch to be picked up some time later. Mr. Frank went to work immediately on repairing it and I was out the door 20 minutes later. Highly recommended!

Great service by a very friendly knowledgeable watchmaker. Went above and beyond to repair my 25 year watch which is now 50 years old. Fixed it like brand new at the quoted price which was a great price. Also quickly replaced the batteries in my other 2 day to day watches. Fast friendly excellent service. Brian not only allowed me to drop-off my two watches, after hours, but he took time to repair one immediately, and to diagnose the problem (and order the required part) with the other one. He is indeed the watch expert"! I especially appreciated his kindness in fixing my "special" (gift from my late parents) watch today."

Brian was very nice and was a pleasure to talk to while he did the repairs on the watches I had brought in. He had all the required parts in stock so the repairs were really quick! Brian also takes pride in his work and customer service which seems to be a dying art these days. More small local businesses should be more like this! Definitely recommend and will continue to go back!
