National Bank

The staff at this bank are amazing and helpful, always have been.The rest of the organization is terrible at best. I’ve been on the phone for over an hour trying to clear up a small business matter. It scares me to think that a small business matter takes over an hour, I could only imagine how bad it would be on the personal banking side.Obviously Nationals time is very precious, business owners time means nothing. It’s very hard to justify spending over an hour on the phone for any and all matters.After being on hold, transferred about 5 times for no reason, I asked to speak with a manager. I was told I could not speak to a manager, not receive their contact info, etc. I was told a manager would call me but it would be 3 days.I used to feel confident when my old branch manager was with National (Ludo M), he went above and beyond, now I don’t know who the branch manager is, never met him, talked to him, etc.

Worst service for investment banking I’ve ever encountered. Their mobile app is also full of bugs and technical issues persist. My advisor also pushed through mortgage insurance when I verbally and in writing-declined. It was only after a month that I noticed their exorbitant costs being stolen from my account. Difficult to reach for any services locally or through their 1-800#. Fed up and moved to another institution. Even broke my mortgage early because of their lack of service. Disgusted.So you just replied to me and I’ve been on hold for 3 hours on your 1-800 #. Funny how you can communicate on here but not with a customer on hold. Also you didn’t leave a name or what messenger service to contact you. Most frustrating service at NBC I’ve ever encountered in any business.You’re kidding? First of all-that link doesn’t work. 2nd, why not provide an actual phone number?? Or better yet-call me. You know my name.

I have had excellent service at this branch. It has been recently renovated and all staff have been very helpful. If you are doing anything with mortgages then Laura Gray is who you want to see there. She provides exceptional top-notch service, always is responsive and timely in her communications, and is a pleasure to work with.

I'm a long-time customer of this bank and I'm deeply disappointed with the recent changes to their business hours. They no longer open on weekends and have limited hours on Thursdays until 6 pm, which is extremely inconvenient. It's nearly impossible for me to visit the bank and take care of important transactions without sacrificing work hours. I rely on in-person banking services and urge the management to reconsider their hours, providing more accessibility for customers like me. Expanding their operating hours would demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and offer greater flexibility for conducting financial affairs. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes prompt adjustments to enhance the overall banking experience.
