Worst clinic in the town. Booked an appointment at 11:45am and its 12:30 now still waiting for the turn. Its been an hour and i’m hearing same things from the reception lady that you are next. Please value everyone’s time what the purpose of booking an appointment ahead, if people have to wait that long?

Worst medical clinic ever to exist. Nurses and front desk are COMPLETELY useless, they absolutely do not care about patients at all. Please do not waste your time here. If you have any sort of medical concern more serious then a runny nose, do not trust your health to this clinic. Waited for a referral to a specialist, We found out about 4-5 months in that they forgot to send it. Waited for another 4 months, followed up with them today, and told it was referred somewhere else. It’s been close to a year total dealing with this. Tried to speak to a nurse about it today, and was just given attitude and she kept repeating that’s it’s only been 4 months total. Completely insane dealing with these people. Management seriously need to re-evaluate what’s going on with their staff. Not even for the extreme lack of customer service, but from a public health perspective.

We are seeing Dr saurabh Gupta from past 4 years at this clinic. I am actually too late for this review, should have done it earlier. Anyhow better late than never. I just want to say he is a great guy. He listens to us very carefully, politely and patiently. Always gave us the best advise. He is taking care of me and my family very well. Dr. Gupta thank you so much .

Very lazy people working here,they don't care about patients emergency and they will make you wait for more than 5 hours to meet the doctor. This happened to me every single time I go to that clinic.

Worst clinic ever …..Today I waited for two hours for the doctor(Dr Tania ) but still leave without any consultation…. as they said it will take more time ……never gonna come again….

We are seeing Dr Gupta from past 4 years. I just want to say he is a Great guy.He listen us very carefully he treat us like a family member. People give the status of God to the doctor, it is absuolutely true for Dr. Gupta He is so nice for us.

This clinic is very very worse. You need to wait at least 1-2 hours even you book the appointment. They don’t care about your time, Doctor Sunil is really good and that’s only reason I go to this clinic. Is their way to complain at Alberta Health or Medical association?

This clinic is very very worse. If you book appointment two weeks early. But if you went over you have to wait minimum one hour.if you know same one in frent desk lady's you can go to see a Dr. Quickly

This is the worst clinic i have ever been to. The wait time is crazy and the ladies at the front are so rude. My appointment(I'm at the clinic right now) was at 4:30pm and I'm still here waiting and it's currently 6:46pm. I have a huge headache and I'm so bored and tired of sitting and waiting until my doctor comes. Wasted my time here and I'm never coming back to this place. I don't recommend anyone to come here and waste their time just like i did. I would have been fine if i waited for an hour but its been more than 2 hours.
