Maple Leaf Self Storage

Let's face it: storage is stressful. But the team at this brand-new facility made the transition both in and out as seamless as possible. The staff are friendly, access is incredibly easy and the facility amenities are terrific. We had a lot of questions about timing, sizing and moving logistics and they fielded and facilitated it all with professionalism and great communication.

All the staff I have interacted with have been helpful and very friendly. It is a great location, secure and easy access, clean and organized. Lots of carts of different types to help with whatever you're moving.

Staff here is great and the facility is always nice and clean.One issue that I have. It would be great if staff spoke to people about their trolly use. On a number of occasions I’ve come to move things in and out of my locker and all the trolleys are gone. They are being used by one person moving in/out. This isn’t really fair to others that use the facility and it should be policed a little better.

I had a wonderful experience with Maple Leaf Storage. The facilities were immaculate but the highlight for me was the customer service. Tracy and the rest of the staff were always welcoming and accommodating, placing my needs above business. It’s refreshing in such a technology advanced age, to have the personal touch you will receive at Maple Leaf storage. I highly recommend!

This is a great storage facility. The staff have been very helpful in onboarding when I got there, facilitating a prospective move between units, and during my move in to help the truck maneuver. I definitely appreciated the security setup. The loading bays are behind a locked gate and all the floors are locked down. The facility is clean and the supplied dollies were working well. It's right off the highway on a quiet street so it's been low stress getting in and out.

I have had a great experience renting 3 storage units at Maple Leaf near Boundary & 1st. The space is very clean and well kept, and everyone on the team working here is kind, personable and very helpful. They're great and always here to help with whatever I may need.Ainslie

I had a really good experience dealing with the staff members here , they are very kind and welcoming. The process of getting a storage room was quick and simple. The facility as well was very nice and clean. I would recommend renting your storage room from them.

This storage facility is the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Besides the features of excellent highly modernized security, which make me both personally feel good about being in the space, I know my goods are safe too. The climate control means there are no damp boxes or musty smells. Well lit and you can stay dry as you unload your vehicle on a rainy day because you drive in and unload. Ample supplies to assist and moving supplies to purchase. The best part of the Maple Torage facility at Kootney Road off of Boundary and 1st is the person and people running the shop. Tracey is the manager there and has helped me when I've needed it. She cares and it shows. I will continue to come to Maple Storage because of everything I mentioned but the icing on the cake is Tracey! Her staff there have followed her approach. It is a top shop for storage you won't regret leaving your things here.

We needed storage due to an emergency and the Maple Leaf team made the process much less stressful. The facility is well kept and secure and our move in and move out went smoothly. The team was warm, communicative and helpful and even made sure to reach out when they suspected we hadn't locked our unit properly. We will definitely be back for any storage needs and we highly recommend their services - worth every penny!
