Drop off time was 330 am for a 630 am flight. Huge snowstorm and I arrive at desk at 339am. Advised by worker that they will not accept cargo 9 minutes late? Refused to let me speak to a manager. Horrible service, incompetent staff. Told me to call customer service which opens at 7am. Thanks for nothing

Shipping a pet out to Victoria. The guys at the drop off were very friendly and helpful. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently and we were out of there with great speed.

April 2023 5*Used WestJet Cargo service through GTA DNATA. The experience was okay as the staff was helpful. The facility is located at Persons airport.The price is reasonable as same day delivery cost around $75 for 17 kg pack.Make sure to book in advance to expedite the process. The place is not very accessible friendly and difficult for old people and people with some disabilities.

Always a stress-free and courteous experience using Westjet Cargo. Their online quote system is easy and straight forward. Their personal booking and informative phone call is a breeze and brining a pup in to be shipped is always met with friendly faces and professional handling of our precious cargo. We've flown several pups from Toronto to BC and have never had a problem. Pets show up calm, clean and well rested.

They need to have a public washroom on the main floor..not on the 3rd floor you have to walk up three flights.

Told us that we had to pick up our luggage in final destination and it wasn’t. I put 2 stars only because a guy in Mexico westjet helped us to take our luggage back
