Worst experience ever...we were a party of 6, had dinner & drinks. Came for the Karaoke ,(as the usual place we go to was closed). I guess because we were not regulars we were treated like we were an inconvenience. As such h we will NEVER back. Would rate negative stars if that was an option

Throughout the Pandemic they have done their best to keep everyone happy. It's nice to know we can soon get back to our family. Karaoke is still on, and hopefully jams again soon :)

Sorry, but i have going there more than 15 years. I waited more than half hr to be served. Could have been longer dont know. I paid and left.

Changed my mind. On certain things. Staff is improving. However should have happy hour. 5.75$ a beer please. 4.75? For a tequila Caesar don't mix tequila. The 50$ on karaoke night should go to best performance not a draw your name. Other wise getting better

Wish I could give a lower score. I was there and after people were leaving staff sat and called them stupid bipolar drunk etc. They made fun of the paying costumers I have it all recorded!! I will be posting this all online! They even locked a woman outside in a blizzard knowing her ride was inside, while making fun of her! Now because I gave a bàd review instead of fixing the problem they ban the costumers. Is a reason this place is never full!

Great customer service and the nachos were surprisingly good. Total neglect of cleanliness, and horrible lighting is drawing in a bad crowd. Just felt uneasy the whole time I was there, and sure enough a fight breaks out as I was leaving. Good thing no one was seriously injured.
