We visited the store to see what they had for a beginner guitar. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about each unit they had and took the time to explain which features we gained as we processed in models. He offered to show us a bit of how each guitar sounded and helped us find the right one for lessons. The store itself featured a huge selection instruments and accessories. Thankfully I was able to pull myself away from the mixer rack long enough to see everything else on offer. Overall a great experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Saddles & Steel at a corporate function June of 2023. As a comedian who has performed at over 1000 corporate events I can say with great confidence that Garth and his team were a cut above! The lights and sound were perfect, the music before and after the show was well received, their equipment was excellent quality! Friendly knowledgable staff always willing rp help and comment honestly on their own products. I was looking at one guitar that cost about $600 and the fellow working there showed me a better option for the type of playing I do and it was $200 less than the one I was looking at. He didn't care about how much he made on the deal as much how much I would enjoy the guitar. They have a great selection in a small space a content have a better location! Definitely shop here!
