Funtime Inflatables

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Funtime Inflatables, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. The owner's disrespectful and confrontational behavior left a sour taste in my mouth and ruined what should have been a joyful 4-year-old birthday party.The owner was shockingly rude and unprofessional.the owner's demeanor was anything but friendly. Instead of being welcoming and accommodating, they were confrontational and dismissive. The party host requested a bouncy castle for the party, only to be met with an obnoxious response after being late by less than 10 mins of scheduled meet time. The owner rudely informed host that they would not set up the bouncy castle for event, without any valid explanation. We were taken aback by the owner's unwillingness to fulfill their advertised services, especially considering it was a children's birthday party. Instead of showing empathy the owner seemed more interested in belittling the request and shutting down any further discussion.The lack of professionalism demonstrated by the owner was truly appalling. They displayed no respect for their customers and seemed to have no understanding of the importance of customer service. Needless to say, the absence of the promised bouncy castle severely impacted the enjoyment of the party. The kids were disappointed, and the atmosphere was dampened. Funtime Inflatables not only ruined the children’s special day but also caused unnecessary stress and disappointment for both party host and the other parents in attendance.I would strongly advise against anyone considering Funtime Inflatables for their event. With an owner who lacks basic courtesy, professionalism, and customer service skills, it's clear that this company does not prioritize the satisfaction of its customers. Save yourself the headache and disappointment by looking elsewhere for reliable and respectful party services.Funtime Inflatables, you should be ashamed of the way you treat your customers. Your disrespectful and confrontational behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business. I sincerely hope you take this feedback to heart and make the necessary changes to improve your customer service.

The experience was 5/5 from the first call. Dave is awesome. He answers the phone all the time and I called A LOT. I had to change location 2 times. They showed up on time and we're so laid back. The guy who set everything up ( I'm so sorry I forget your name) was discreet, quick and a genuinely nice guy. The price was awesome. It's also great that they offer the 3 hour minimum as some other companies force you to have it all day. The inflatables were clean and in good shape. If I could vote 10 stars I would. Highly recommend.

Bizarre experience with Funtime Inflatables for a children’s birthday party. Funtime set out the bouncy castle in the park and then had a massive temper tantrum about people disrespecting his time, despite the fact that he hadn’t even set up the castle and the party not even starting for another half hour. The party host pleaded with him but he left, taking all the equipment with him except for the deflated castle which sat in the park for all the kids to stare at for the duration of the party until he came to collect it a couple of hours later. I’m not sure if he left it to rub “salt in the wound” or if he had double booked himself and didn’t have time to reload it, but it was unacceptable and weird nonetheless. While I understand everyone has bad days, this episode raised some really big alarm bells for me as a parent.

This company and owner are appalling. DO NOT BOOK with him. We were attending a kids birthday party and he arrived and stated that because we were 5 minutes late he would not set up the bouncy castle. He began to swear at us and exhibit outburst behaviours in front of the children and left without setting it up. It was frightening and upsetting for all. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Had a recently absolutely shocking experience with fun times, the worker that was sent out had an absolute child level fit at a 4 year olds birthday party ruining the mood for everyone and going a step farther took all his equipment away just leaving a deflated bounce castle for all the kids to stare at and ask questions about. Furthermore he was using very strong language around the children and acting about in a hostile manner. Unless you’re looking for a heartless sleezeball to attend your child’s birthday or event I’d stay far, far away

Uber angry owner refused to set up for 4-year old twins birthday party because we were 7 minutes late to the park for setup. He was horrid about it, said he didn't care about the kids because we had disrespected his time, packed up and left. No respect, man. I gave one star because it is not possible to give a review otherwise. Killjoy.

These guys were the absolute best. David responded to and confirmed my rental request within hours, and the day of the party he was early to set up and had the bouncy castle ready to go in minutes. They arrived right on time to pack it up and take it away when we were done as well. Such efficient service from super nice guys, and the bouncy castle was a total hit. Definitely the highlight of my daughter's party. Thank you!

Imagine you had the power to make a kids birthday party AMAZING! Now, Imagine you had the power to take it away. NEVER count this man’s business to give you the former because in my case he’s delivered the latter with an almost numb indifference.I will say that in his defence I was 8 minutes late for the agreed meeting and setup time but he was berating me and being downright rude, I naturally took offence right away and it led to him literally walking away from a half set up - not inflated epic bouncy castle.I begged him to stay, I literally begged him to take our money. What a gross experience.He did return to the party site to collect his gear he left (during his spaz exit) a couple hours later during the party. Super annoying and awkward for everyone involved. Lots of upset people, none more than me.I know that people go through things sometimes in life, and interacting with people is challenging, I get it! Parents are annoying, kids are annoying, life is annoying…. but I can’t understand this one and wanted to warn the community about this strange and disturbing interaction for what turned out to be a great birthday for my kids even without biggest coolest looking inflatable ever.WATCH OUT FOR FUN TIME INFLATABLES.

David was great to work with on short notice. Very fair and knowledgeable. His staff set up two inflatables for us, quickly, and ensured safety. Very pleasant. I will hiire again. Thank you for making our special occasion a success.

This guy had some sort of episode, made false claims and refused to set up. The weirdest part was that he took some of his equipment and left the deflated bouncy castle laying in the field for the kids to have to stare at for the majority of the birthday party. Then returned hours later (knowing the party would still be going on for another hour ) and finished packing up. This was a 4 year olds birthday party. Very bizarre behaviour and a shocking and awkward experience for everyone.
