Stood in line for at least 15 mins and then didn’t have the popcorn we wanted ready, said would be 5 mins and didn’t take my order but took everyone else’s order. Stood there for at least another 5 mins and they continued to help all the other customers. Horrible service and super slow.

Manager (tall, black hair, tattoos) is awful. Head was down looking at her phone for about 2-3 minutes before she even realized I was there. When she finally noticed me, she wasn’t very friendly or personable at all. I shop in the mall frequently and she always looks miserable when she works, now I know it doesn’t change when a customer is in front of her. Ended up not even buying anything.

Wild buffalo blue is my go-to and they always have it here! If I'm in the area, I'll be sure to grab some on the way home. I normally don't have any issues with getting popcorn and there was one time in particular recently that I did. Cashier named Kameo? As per my receipt was very rude and standoff-ish. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but I didn't appreciate how she handled my transaction. I just wanted my popcorn but I've never dealt with such mannerism especially at my favourite popcorn store.. Rating this 5 stars. Rating the customer service 1 star.

The manager who served me was personable. She seemed to have a great rapport with the next customer in line. As she fulfilled my order she bantered with him. The popcorn was good.

I went yesterday, January 1st 2023 at around 1:30 pm, looking to purchase 2 large bags and 2 medium bags for my family get together. There was a sign on the counter saying be back in a few". My girlfriend and I waited around 25 minutes for these "few" minutes but had to leave without the product so we wouldn't be late for the get together. I'm very disappointed in this because I've known kernels for caring staff but if you've got a sign saying you'll be back in a few minutes

I order cheese popcorn which was not fresh taste so bad I used to eat other location it was so good when I come to cashier...she wasn't friendly and helpful as well..very bad experience...
