not sure why this one closes at 5pm but the one on Mountainview is open until 8pm. Thought the royal bank's were all the same, with the same hours. I ran to this one and it was closed, then had to regroup and go to the other one. CONFUSED!!!!

Showed up at the bank at 4:55pm (all I needed to do was grab my new bank card that was waiting there for me). Doors were locked and three staff members were all inside. I understand it was 5 minutes before close but I hustled to get there in time. Horrible hours and horrible customer service when you close and lock the doors before 5pm.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In my honest opinion they are not a bank for senior citizens or customers with any type of disability.And if your elderly family makes a bad financial decision of that disability, YOU the extended family member will be stuck with paying the legal costs as well as repaying any loans that default from those same financial decisions.
