I found Bay City Computer while Googling for computer repair in the Bay City area. He had some great reviews, so I contacted him. I felt he was honest, along with being very reasonable. Not only did he fix my laptop, but upgraded Windows. Then when I picked it up the next day, he went over everything with me. I will definitely use him again for any repairs or to buy another laptop.....which he has for reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong!

Jim talked me through getting my laptop to acknowledge my keyboard. I had tried multiple times over a few days, but It was simple for Jim and he was get me tying in under 3 minutes. We had purchased the laptop from Jim about 6 months earlier and it has ran wonderfully. Thanks Jim!

Wife located him on Facebook marketplace, everything was as advertised. works perfectly he was extremely helpful in switching the Windows operating system around to one that suited my daughter's VR Oculus. Before pick up, definitely would recommend for all your computer needs and repairs hardware and software.

My son has been wanting a gaming computer for a couple years now and we finally came across an affordable one. James was amazing through the whole process. I took in two laptops earlier this year. I’ve been using one of them since I got the computers back, and I am just bowing starting to use the second one, which needed a new screen because there was a crack in it. I opened up the computer for the first time since I got it back.. (I also had it cleaned up and rebooted) entered the date and time.. went to adjust the screen.. and the crack came back. Same spot and everything. Now I’m sitting here looking at the screen thinking it’s dirty.. the dirt and smudges are on the inside of the screen. They’re not coming off. Disappointed. The man I talked to/worked with seem very knowledgeable and nice but I’m upset with how my one computer turned out.

So James is great. Been to a few places around town and he absolutely is the best. Bought 2 PCs from him. All Plug and play ready, 1 little hiccup but James responded and fixed it right away no questions asked. I appreciate that. 100% Recommend.

I was searching around the Bay Area for someone who could transfer important stuff to my flash drive and update the windows on it and reset the laptop so when I go to see it , the laptop will be in good condition. Jim was very helpful and got it done over night, walked me through everything he had done to it and the new update to it. Very nice , caring , excellent person who knows how to fix things at a reasonable price. I was very happy with my service. I will recommend jim and his service to anyone.Thanks Jim
