ElectroGeek came out to help me increase the speed on my computer, got rid of background programs that were slowing my computer and set up email on my phone. I was having issues with Outlook errors and crashing on my laptop. Randy logged in remotely, assessed my computer, recommended and made configuration changes to better increase performance. He then quickly identified and corrected an issue with the Outlook data file. Once Randy made the necessary changes, repaired some corrupt files and relocated the Outlook data file, my laptop was running better than new. I would highly recommend ElectroGeek to anyone experiencing issues with their PC.
