Starline Windows

A year ago we had all the windows in our building changed. Within 3 months the frames started to fall apart and we noticed draft coming in through several windows. It was a cold winter. We are still waiting for somebody to come and repair. Very sloppy job waste of time and money

I remember this company. We had replacement windows done about 10 years ago. We went with them because they were slightly cheaper then van isle which we had previously used and been happy with. 1 of the windows leaked and the installers left black grease on our carpets from their boots. We never complained because we just wanted the experience to be over. To this day we are unhappy with the product because they fit them over your existing window frames and you loose two thirds of your window sills. We were never told this before installation.We in the market for new windows for the bottom of our house now and from past experience and recent reviews we won't be calling star line. I'm almost surprised they're still in business.

Starline Windows in Victoria BC is an outstanding company.Brent and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always found wearing great smiles.They provide excellence service, have wonderfully-kept property and are efficient in communications.

Starline recently replaced all the front window glass panes in my house after it was discovered there was likely a flaw in the glass after they'd been in place for over 2 years, and they look great. The guys did a great job at installing the glass, and wanted to thank you for the great customer service that you've provided. Starline windows has always stood behind their products in this is a great example of that.Brad

I had a very good experience with Starline. First time was 17 years ago when they made me a nice aluminum patio sliding door unit, which was very well built and reasonably priced. This year I ordered 4 custom vinyl windows for my current home and they completed them fast. I am very impressed with these new windows, so much nicer than the Jeldwens I was considering and pretty close to the Andersens that cost way too much. I have some experience working in construction (in Vancouver where we were fixing leaky condos and my employer was using Starline windows) so I DIYd them, and Starline was great to deal with. Will be back for more!

Terrible service. Do not recommenced this company to anyone. Will lie about delivery dates . Starline cost me money buy holding up exterior of my house by a month. Had to get one window replaced 3 times and which was never delivered on time costing me money for bringing in the carpenter for the promised delivery dates. I had dealt with Tyler as my sales rep and his boss Brent Dillon. Starline should really look into showing there customer better service. From my experience Starline seems like a bunch of scammers who just want payment and don't care for service.

We chose Starline Windows as the window supplier for our new home after receiving 4 window quotes. Starline's price was competitive and from the point of sale to a small warranty issue Starline Windows has proven itself exceptional. Tyler and the service team have been courteous, professional and helpful throughout the construction process. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We've had a few windows done on two separate occasions. Marnie was very knowledgeable and didn't give me a sales pitch to do more than I wanted. Their price was competitive. The installers did a quality job; making sure my blinds fit and cleaned up before they left. I plan to use them again this year to finish the rest of my windows.

I just had all of my windows replaced in our home Trent & his crew were excellent to work with. Drop sheets were everywhere to protect existing furnishings / floors. They also cut in 2 new windows and a double french door with only minor dust issues. Everything was completely taped & sealed before cutting through the plaster walls. Quality of the work was excellent as well. I would use them again without hesitation.

We moved into our new condo and found one pane of glass was cracked, that was seven months ago. After 8 appointments, 5 of which they showed up for, our painful saga with Starline is over. We have dealt with often rude, uncaring office staff, and, untrained, dirty, smelly Starline installation staff mostly. One of their installation employees met the expectations of a qualified professional, Brad. He knew his business, showed up on time and did the work. Thanks Brad. I would not recommend this company. We only stuck with them as this was a warranty issue and so we had no choice. We breathe a sigh of relief that this is over.
