Best salted caramel ice cream I’ve had in a long time!

One of my favourite places for gelato! The texture is silky, velvety, and stretchy/more elastic when compared to ice cream. The flavours are very accurate and not excessively sweet. I wish the buko pandan is available all year round. The staff are inattentive and a bit confused at this location hence the 4 stars.

A quick pit stop for something sweet while shopping is always a must.If you love ice cream, especially gelato, I recommend this place!I really enjoy their premium gelato ice cream, it's so smooth and very tasty.They have a variety of options also, such as vegan and dairy free alternatives, which is perfect for me, since I cannot have too much dairy.There are lots of chocolaty flavours, sorbet/fruit and more.Also super friendly staff!

I was there today with my gf and after trying the 2nd sample we were told that 2nd sample only has enough for one person so I said my gf can have that flavour, and I asked if I can try another flavour as a sample since I did not like the first sample and the employee there rolled her eyes and made a weird face, she was a lady prlly in her early to mid 20s and she was Caucasian. I'm not writing this to shame her but I hope she gets retrained for better customer service.

Bought a box of take home sized Gelato and it's really tasty. The box is compostable which is pretty cool.

I am so happy I can eat my favourite gelato at new location Metrotown. I bought one Akbar Mashti gelato with Charcoral Cone and 3 Cannoli. My friend tired the seasonal Golden Dragon Fruit. The same taste as Bella’s store at Downtown.

Same good quality, Bad customer service!I Iove Bella Gelateria and have been going to the Downtown Vancouver location for years did not have a single problem or complaints at all the Italian employees are always passionate and helpful their also the other employees.Today I decide to try the Metrotown location their were 2 employees and 1 I believe their supervisor on her laptop the whole time. The 2 employees were very slow and sloppy most importantly the guy who served our gelato was rude and seemed to not care for their customers (No smile, No thank you, No passion) There was even a guy in front of me who was waiting 15 mins for he's cappuccino that he even told the guy Excuse me I need to go it's been 10mins!" We got 1 scoop of traditional chocolate and that tooked 20 mins out of 4 customers they are serving. The Supervisor or the other lady didn't even bother helping them to at least keep the flow smooth."
