AAA Limousine & Coach - Pembroke | Ottawa-Gatineau

We used AAA for my daughter's wedding last Saturday in Petawawa. AAA was awesome from start to finish. We used the shuttle to get our guests from the hotel to the hall and then several trips back at the end of the night. We also used the stretch SUV for the bridal party. Both vehicles were great and very clean. The drivers were all Pros, very polite, on time and very accommodating. We would use AAA again in heartbeat. My friends and I just had an amazing prom night with the help from our driver, Tom at AAA Limousine & Coach. The limousine was sparkling clean and fully equipped with water, soft drinks, hard candies, chips and chilled non alcoholic wine. Tom went out of his way to make our night go smoothly and was extremely punctual. I highly recommend this company. Thank you AAA Limousine & Coach for making my friends and my night really special!

We used AAA Services for a bachelorette, our driver TOM was fantastic, very funny, warm hearted and he went above and beyond to service our group. He was also a great photographer for us girls :). For any future bookings, I would request TOM to be our driver.

We hired AAA for my daughter's wedding on 20th July 2019. Price was good and the driver was on time + and -.My only complaint is the AC was not working the groom party came out of the limousine boiling hot. The explanation the driver gave it gets better in the highway. The party was sweating and they spent 30 minutes readjusting there wet shirt in the wedding hall.The bride party with the same story no AC and they spent 20 minutes cooling off and drying themselves in a special room.I spoke with the driver and he mentioned AC was full blast. Then why did both parties come out sweating.I put aside not to impact the day. But all 14 members were dissatisfied.I called the owner nice person and he explained to me it was normal and the temperature reached 45 degrees.I am sorry we paid for a service that included AC no matter the temperature. Saturday temprature was 34 degrees.In the future when AAA supplies limousine especially for a wedding party make sure it is not a sauna ride no matter the excuse.On the 20 July 2019 the limousine AC was not working. I do not appreciate being explained by the owner that it is normal.We all have AC in our vehicles and the AC is not dependent on the outside temperature.Please beware when renting from AAA limousine that it does not happen to you.The owner never acknowledged that there was an issue and in business customer satisfaction plays a big role for future business.

My father rented a limousine for my wedding day, July 20th (EXTREMELY hot day of summer). The groom's party and the bride's party drove to North Gower from the east end of Ottawa (same limousine separate trips). The company failed to let us know the that the limousine AC was not working. The boys were stuck in the limo in traffic for 45 minutes in the heat, with warm-ish air blowing at them. One of the groomsmen was close to fainting once they reached the venue.When the limo came to pick myself and the bridesmaids up, we had been for-warned by the groom that the car's AC was barely working. We were told it would start to kick-in once we started driving faster, but there was absolutely no change. One of my bridesmaids was having a hard time breathing to the poor air quality and heat.Also the bluetooth was not working and none of the USB chords we brought worked. We had to stop and take our own bluetooth speaker.Our driver Tom, was very nice.I am unimpressed with this service and how my father was not compensated for part of this trip. We paid for a service and we got less than the bare minimum. It is EXTREMELY important to fix the AC for future trips.

Amazing service and great communication! We hired AAA Limousine & Coach for shuttle bus service to and from our wedding in Carleton Place (Stonefields Estate) last September 7, 2019. Justin was very kind and easy to communicate with. When we asked guests how their shuttle experience was after the wedding, they had nothing but wonderful things to say! High quality, on time, and very friendly driver. Thank you SO much for helping make our wedding day run smoothly. We 100% recommend!

AAA is the most reliable way to Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto International Airports. I've been using this company for years and they have never let me down once. Excellent work, I'll see one of your drivers next week!

I rarely provide reviews for services rendered but my experience with AAA Ottawa was so perfect i had to make this review. I bothered Justin with several phone calls which were handled most pleasantly despite his being busy and then a few emails.The pricing was acceptable,the limo arrived on time ,made the necessary stops and delivered us on time. The driver, a very pleasant person, was waiting for us for the trip home. There were 12 of us including a handicapped lady and all were happy and impressed with the vehicle and service.Well done AAA Ottawa.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The owner/operator of the company told me to GROW UP and refused to reimburse me for the inability to provide full services. On my wedding day, the limo broke down on the way to the venue. The limo driver informed us it could potentially take hours as they had someone on the way to try to fix the issue. When informing Justin, the operating manager and requesting some reimbursement he informed me I was taking food off his kid's table and laughed at me. He was incredibly rude, continued to follow up with unprofessional emails informing me if he was to give back a 20% discount, I was not permitted to provide any public feedback from the services they provided. He then took the offer back telling me to grow up. I was even threatened with legal recourse! Now I'm being threatened with false and defamatory statements' on google. Nothing I have stated here is false.This experience had a negative impact on our wedding day day
