Although he was thorough, the man was stating facts before I even asked questions. I had many questions that weren't even answered. 10 months after a fire and still not a shovel in the ground! He loses another star for his abruptness and another for lack of empathy.

No help at all,I have not been able to find any information about the policy or what I would do if the policy owner ever died. So you were no help at all. Wasted 2 days trying to get direction from you and got nothing.
