Great park and beautiful tsawasssen is amazing. Good folks here. The fulltimers are friendly and helpful. There is older rvs here OH NO not old rvs. Not all of us can afford a new Shiney high end RV. Those of you who judge should just stay away. Go find a yuppy liberal park that suits your requirements.

For the price we paid (almost $100/night), this campground is NOT worth it!The bathrooms were VERY dirty and smelly. Wifi was non existent. The campground is rundown and unkept. Maneuvering a RV thru the parking lot of the Big Splash park to get to and leave the campground was difficult at best.The only positive was the length of the site and 50amp service. We will not use this campground again!

Bring your wellies! Stayed for a week in March 2023. Close to family, ferries and an enormous mall but the terribly maintained roads flooded with water were impossible. Couldn't get in and out of our rv without wading through several inches of water even tho it only rained a bit during our stay. Definitely need a water pressure regulator. Pressure was so strong our water heater was damaged.

Camp manager was very friendly and professional. Campground was very quiet at night even being in a city. Yes there is old trailers and campers, yes it looks a little rough but the folks that live there are all very pleasant and polite. My wife and I felt safe and happy to have a place in town close to the ferry, mall and store with services.We didn’t go to the water park next door but looked like a good time

This place is an absolute disappointment especially for the huge price. Not even a picnic table at our site. Showers did have hit water but needed to be cleaned. If you have a self contained RV you'd be just as well at the Walmart down the road.

It’s very convenient to the ferry which is nice, but the traffic seemed loud. It’s not the most well maintained place, but it does have showers and wifi nonetheless. $35/night for a tenting site which isn’t crazy for the area, but all it gets you is a square of grass and a shared picnic table. They are very friendly people!

here are some comments on this site: despite the tranquility, it would be good to review your rental rates. for having visited several sites for 1 month the quality of your site leaves much to be desired and that is to say; the cleanliness of your laundry room leaves a lot to be desired (disgusting), your green spaces lack a lot of love, the individual sites are let go (lack of rules). It is certain that we do not refer your site to our friends in Quebec. Thanks.

Worst RV Resort ever! Never seen dirtier washrooms and smaller sites! And that at a rate of more than $100. Arriving at 6:00 pm and already nobody there. Had to pick up my site number and access card in an enveloppe sticked to the window of gge office building. Were lucky to have a picknick table although there was hardly space for it. Showers unsuable, you'd come out dirtier then you had walked in. Staff does not take complaints. Management not available.
