I’m just writing this email wanting to let your store know how impressed I was yesterday with your customer service!!!I’ve shopped around looking at different equipment in different stores and you guys always seem to come through.Also would like to give a shout out to Ryan ( store manager ) He went above and beyond at the London location .he was very helpful! And very knowledgeable.. I bought my 505 smith yesterday, and my wife and I put it together with almost no hassle!! ( almost 3 hours lol)love it just what I was looking for .. thanks for actually caring about helping out the customer I appreciate that !

Had a great experience with the staff and service. Equipment showed up on time when they said it would, I let them know when I’d be there, and they loaded it into my car within a couple minutes. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

Unlike other fitness equipment stores in London, 'service after the sale' at The Treadmill Factory is fantastic. I purchased a Sole E55 elliptical and being an engineer, figured I'd be able to assemble it myself. Unfortunately, the instructions were an absolute nightmare and I regretted not paying the assembly and delivery fee. One of the items ended up breaking upon assembly and I had to submit a warranty request. In a few short days, I had replacement parts at my front door. I expected to have to argue with someone about why the replacement should be included under warranty, but to my surprise, that never happened. So in short, 0 stars for Sole assembly instructions, but 5 stars for theirs and the Treadmill Factory's after-sale service. I'll be back for my next equipment purchases!

The staff were amazing and I loved the store. A lot of goods on high quality for a good price. I bought a firm mat pad that I couldn't find that firm quality anywhere. Thanks!!!

I’ve recently replaced a Horizon treadmill I purchased at The Treadmill Factory 25 years ago, as after decades of punishment, the motor finally gave out. The quality of products and impeccable service from this store is over and above. I wouldn’t ever entertain dealing with anyone else. Ryan and his service crew are top-notch, always ready to address any issue.
