Should unavailable food items/drinks not be relayed to the guest before payment? Aside from a little bit of an awkward payment experience, and food mix up, most of the order was spot on, and delicious!

Customer service isn't great, done with this place. I'll take few more mins run up another one, they might get my order right and have less crackheads wondering around drive-thru

This tims has overall been one of the worst I've seen. I've watch a staff member berate a customer, they've loudly complained about orders in front of customers. I placed a mobile order with them most recently, only to wait 20 minutes in the srive thru to be told they don't have timbits at 8:30 AM. Shockingly, the drive thru teller was the same one I've seen berating customers. Frankly, if it's not available, remove if from your online menu like other tims do, this hust reeked of We can't be bothered to serve you""

Good food; too many flies.See the attached picture for four flies - three resting and one in flight. Two more are mating underneath the chair and one is sitting on my laptop, they are not included.The food and services are good, though not enough to justify a higher rating since my stay was really, really unpleasant.

I go to this location frequently as it is close to my work. Multiple times my order is wrong or missing items. When I've come back to inform them of the error, they tell me to call so it can be put in a book..... I have called a few times and then come in for the correct order and it takes forever for them to look for this book, which 2/3 times they cannot locate. I'm usually on my way to work or on a quick coffee break. Done with this location!

There's always flies at this location, landing on everything!I have also had my Service Dog grabbed roughly here by a total stranger while he was tasking. Not a single staff member came to check on me or him even tho I made it very well known by loudly announcing it when it happened.The food taiste is the same as any other location, but the atmosphere is not good at all.I fear coming to this location now as no one seemed to care what happened, and I was on my own.I will be avoiding this location at all costs in the future.

Decent service but their coffee is absolutely horrid. Tastes like they use half a pack of coffee grinds per pot, tastes like a caffeinated tea more than a coffee. Milk is curdled as well, tastes awful. Avoid Tim’s at all cost, McDonalds coffee is night and day better.
