Great stay, very friendly staff, cleanliness was near perfection. My only complaint about the property was the laundry machines, they were a bit dirty. Though it was nothing big, but it was more of the idea of being clean. Otherwise, generous breakfast and very good pricing. We DEFINITELY WILL RETURN! My last stay was my third stay (including before and after the pandemic).

Great service from the staff, letting us check in early and hold our bags till our flight. Great breakfast, kind employees, good A/C. Lots of good thrifting nearby and the best/biggest nerd store in Canada!

We stayed here for a week, and the staff were uniformally polite and helpful. They upgraded us to a suite and I was able to work, easily in this environment. The housekeeping staff were delightful and considerate. The daily breakfasts were very good and the coffee was superb!We would not hesitate to return! Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received. I had made an error in my online booking and mistakenly reserved a handicap access room, which was not necessary for me. However, upon arriving at the hotel, the staff quickly rectified the situation and upgraded me to a beautiful suite without any additional charge.The suite was absolutely stunning, with all the amenities I could ask for and more. It was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the surrounding area. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept soundly throughout the night.But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by the hotel staff. Everyone I encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.In addition to the amazing room and service, the hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast that was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. It was a fantastic way to start each day of my stay.Overall, I can confidently say that this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The level of customer service was exceptional, and I cannot thank the staff enough for upgrading me to the suite and making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay with top-notch customer service.

Friendly front desk staff, very clean room, and excellent breakfast room. They provided more than the usual food choices, which were fresh and tasty.
