Went in to have a gold tag engraved as a Christmas gift. Gave the specs of what I needed in front of the sales rep and tech. Was quoted one price by the tech for a new bale and then for what seemed to be no reason, the price went up during our conversation. No problem. I needed it done and did not want to waste time shopping around. Was told it would be complete in a week. I called them over a week later when I didn’t hear anything and my order had not been started. Was told it would be ready the next day. Did not receive this phone call for another 3 days. Finally went in to pick up my item and the engraving was in incorrect font; mind you on the slip it was enclosed in specified the type of font I wanted. The sales rep apologized and said it could be redone within the week and their engravers must have made a mistake because they’re busy this time of the year. I do not see how this is my problem or how it should affect the quality of work performed. I was discounted the price of engraving but will never return, nor recommend.

Hands down the best place in town! I bought my wife's wedding ring from gabe at Tello jewellers. Not only did he give me the best price but my wife is still getting compliments on her ring.Sent many friends and family and all feel the same about this place. Would highly recommend to anyone. Brought 3 gold bracelets in to be fixed for a wedding. We discussed with the person that we needed them by the Saturday as we were leaving for the destination wedding on the Monday. We let them know that if it can’t be done by then , it’s not a problem and we can try somewhere else and they assured us Saturday. They did not have them ready. We waited until Monday, called in the morning and the jeweller said he cannot have them done until the evening and was extremely rude and condescending about it. In his exact terms “well I’m busy”. And then when I said we needed them and we told you this ahead of time so this shouldn’t be our problem that your busy, he proceeded to say “you can bring them somewhere else then” which is clearly not an option at this point. We decided not to give them our business and went to pick up my unfinished bracelets that I was supposed to wear in a wedding party and now unable to because of their complete lack of reliability. Not to mention, horrible customer service, did not once apologize and instead told me that my tone was the problem. Did not take ownership of the mistake HE made and the inconvenience this caused myself.I would never support a business with this time of communication in Bolton again. Do not use this business if you expect a decent or reliable on the other end.

rude costumer service along with it took them two weeks to fix a chain i was getting repaired for an important anniversary, they told me it would take 5 days…. brought it in 10 days prior to the date.

This is an honest and trusted jeweler. The old fashioned customer service type of place. The work they do on my jewelery is top quality. Now that I have found them, I won't go to anyone else.
