Residence & Conference Centre - Niagara-on-the-Lake

Honestly we were nervous at first when we booked but after staying there it will probably be our go to when we head back out that way for family functions! These are basic dorm rooms but they are clean, the beds are comfortable, check in process is the exact same as a hotel. Genuinely no complaints, especially considering it is a significantly cheaper option. The best part is 2 bed suite doesn't just mean 2 beds, it means 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, desk and TV and space to hang clothes if need be. (Very functional and ideal option if travelling with couples!) Will definitely recommend it to everyone.

The check-in was seamless, similar to a check-in at a regular hotel. The suite was as clean as can be for a student residence. Amenities for the bath were provided. We were provided with extra towels when requested. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. We had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and the night staff quickly checked which hospital had the least waiting time. Very thoughtful! Thank you. Please note: the beds are double sized, but are very comfortable. We will use this residence again.

If you have a family , this place is for you It's a great place with lots of rooms, it's about a 12 to 15 minutes drive to the falls It's super with a spacey parking.

Location was very convenient - short drive to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake, price was reasonable, customer service were very friendly and competent. Once the road construction is complete, it will be even easier to access the highway. Our only complaint was poor lighting in the rooms, especially the bathroom having no light above the mirror. And complimentary coffee in the morning would be a nice addition!

good location... spartan room..but clean...and nice for adults who like seperate rooms with a common area ..central to Niagara falls. and st Catherines

The beds are small to sleep two people possible for one person and not comfortable. It's even narrower than a standard double, even though it's meant for two people. Very clean rooms and suites. The staff is very friendlyAt the laundry you have to buy a card with a $5 fee, which can only be used after additional amounts have been added. The lowest amount you can add is $10, even if you don't need it after that, and it's not refundable.Towels weren't enough, we were three people and the ones provided were for one person's use.But overall it was good and clean for a short stay

This is by far the best value place to stay in Niagara on the lake. If you're not looking to spend 300+ a night come here. Rooms are standard, nothing fancy, but you'll get full kitchenette and they are clean. The staff here went above and beyond in being friendly and welcoming. On our way inside a house keeper even wished us a nice stay. Front desk attendant tracked us down to gave us some coupons for a local brewery. Great experience and recommend for budget travelling.

I liked the privacy there is by having two separate bedrooms in one suite. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (especially after leaving something in my room after checkout). The price was reasonable too.

Great location for Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake at an amazing price. The staff are very friendly and helpful and check-in was easy. Since we planned on spending our time out of the suite, two rooms per suite, the “bare-bones” style was perfect. They clean and convert the Niagara College dorm suites. There were two rooms, each with a bed that was very comfortable, a fridge, sink, microwave and a bathroom. They put out soap, shampoo and lotion just like the hotels. They stock each suite with two towels so if you have more than two in your room, just ask for an extra one or two at check-in. They happily supplied us with two additional towels for the kids.There is no restaurant in the building, but there are plenty of places to eat with restaurants and wineries very close to campus.Again, this was a perfect place to sleep at the end of our day of sight-seeing. We plan to come back to the area soon and we will be staying here.

Very satisfied, this is for people looking for a less expensive place to stay in Niagara Falls region. The suite was clean, the kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave and sink. The only drawback is that they do not provide plates with utensils in the suite, but after asking, they gave us a few ones (one-time use items). If you plan to stay for a few days, you should bring your own. For more kitchen equipment, they have a common kitchen with oven, toaster and so on that you can access on demand. Everything else is provided (bed sheets, towels and so on). No TV in the suite, but wifi is provided and was working very well for us. They have a laundromat with many washers and dryers, no need for coins, they provide a card that you can load with a self-service machine using credit card, it is about 2 dollars for a single washing or drying cycle. The parking is free and the place is about 15 minutes driving from Niagara Falls and 10 minutes from Niagara-On-The-Lake old downtown. It is also very close to nice outlets. Staff was nice and helpful.
