The Alley
This is probably my favorite the Alley location. Service isn’t what it used to be. The staff aren’t very warm and the service offered has changed which is disappointing however the drinks are still a 10/10. I probably come here every single day and sometimes twice today. The yummiest bubble tea in town. Highly recommend the Deerioca puff!

Courtesy 1 star for just existing in Mississuaga, otherwise complete gong show of a location- poorly trained staff, operating at the very bare minimum (1 staff member on a Sunday evening referring to recipes and taking their own sweet time). Had to wait for my 2 drinks for 15 mins. And I was the only one there.Moreover a simple request to seal and bag my drink was frowned upon. As if I had asked for the world.

Small and clean shop with a large seating arrangement. We ordered passionfruit green tea and it was amazing. Staff was friendly. Drinks were ready within a few minutes as they were not very busy when we ordered them.

This was my first time going there, and I was really impressed by the decoration they have, very modern.Their service was reasonable and efficient, the drink I ordered the one in the picture is Deerioco fever which was amazing!! It’s very different. It was around $6. Most of their prices are around the same priceThere ISN’T washrooms during the pandemic timeParking available because they’re in a plazaAmazing store over all I’ll definitely come back.

Edit: Tried the tiramisu and it was very good! Thank you.Very disappointed. I feel like the quality is going down.Ordered a deroca puff had white lumps in it and the tapioca was not fresh and hard to the bite. For almost $7.5…. Not happening again. Please fix and bring back your original quality standards. Needless to say I threw it out when I got home.

I got the Snow Velvet peach oolong tea with pearls and it was super good! It had the right amount of sweetness with the cheese foam and the peach oolong flavour really came through. Staff was friendly and the interior was well decorated and clean. Will come back often!

Place is cozy, service was ok, when I went to get my drink, kindda frustrated the few of the toppings are not available. And even hot drinks. If this seems to be busy location I guess they would stock up more of the ingredients.

Much more rich and decadent then a lot of other bubble tea shops. Everything at The Alley tastes much more carefully crafted. I heard someone complaining about the time it took to make the drink but to me it's well worth it. Highly recommend the Deerioca Puff. The sweet creaminess of the custard is always a delight. (Also, the shop is just very cute with deer and forest themes and a fake tree you can sit under)

I purchased a drink the other day and the staff was far from friendly. There was one worker who took my order and another that stood beside her. When I ordered my drink, the other worker was quick to aggressively point at a very small paper sign that said “no hot drinks”. While I understand I may have missed the sign, it was unnecessary for the worker to point her finger at me instead of using her words. The barrier and mask also make it very difficult to hear the worker taking your order and vice versa. I instead ordered my drink iced and it was more watery than usual. I did not have an enjoyable experience and will not be returning because of the poor quality of customer service.
