Ongles Meribella Nails

I have been to Meribella like couple of times now and totally love the service there. Took my MIL as well twice. My shellac atleast lasts for 3 weeks. Definitely recommend it.

I spent about 2.5 hours at this salon. It took the lady over an hour to do my pedicure (not because she was being meticulous, she was just slow). And then another 1.5 hours on my refill. After she was done filing my nails, they ALL looked uneven! So I told her that they look uneven and asked her to please touch up. She did, and somehow they looked even worse.. After 1.5 hours, I was getting super frustrated and it was showing, so she called the owner (on the phone) and handed it to me. The owner was SO RUDE! Told me that I was being “too picky” (because apparently a customer can’t ask a nail technician to do a decent job for the service they’re paying for!) and then he basically told me to leave because they can’t do my nails… after I pretty much wasted 2.5 hours of my time waiting on getting my nails done. I still can’t believe that this happened to me! The worst customer service EVER. I asked for a BASIC almond shape, no design, and I don’t keep my nails long so, it really was the simplest job to do. I had no idea that one of the most common nail shapes to do would be SO complicated and challenging for them. Maybe train your staff instead of being disrespectful to a paying customer? Never stepping foot in here again.Ps. Lynn and henry used to work here and they were great. Owner told me they don’t work there anymore, so if you were going only because of them, thought everyone should know.

I've received countless compliments on my nails since I started coming to this salon. They do an incredible job every time.

Pretty good experience, we were late to an end of day appointment so I didn't want to bother them with issues i had. Would have preferred my coffin shape skinnier, but didn't want to take more of her time, tho I was disappointed to notice she forgot a second coat of one of my colours but all in all, efficient, patient, well done.

My favourite salon in montreal!! The staff is lovely and their full of talents! I go there every month and i’m always happy with the results:) They have a vast selection for designs and can draw a lot all you gotta do is ask!!

Excellent service. Clean, professional, competitive prices. Ha is AMAZING at pedicures, she really is the best. Henry is a great nail artist. But you can’t go wrong with anyone at this place! Highly recommend.

Service was great and very detailed. The only reason why I decreased a star was because I got cut in the flesh (very slightly) at the middle nail border. It didn’t seem like an issue but oh! It hurts. Love my nails though!

Today I had the most frustrating experience in this 'salon'. I found it in google maps and I decided to give it a try because the reviews were good. I specifically talked with them by messenger before booking, even showed them inspiration designs of what I wanted. Then I asked for an estimate of the price and they gave it to me. Then we booked the appointment for 6pm. When I got in, I already felt uncomfortable. I said hello and nobody answer and then after a long silence one of the girls asked me rudely to sit and wait. I realized they have a panel on the door saying they don't accept payment by card, so I asked and they confirm it. At that point I told them that I didn't have cash with me and that nobody told me in advance to bring cash. Another big silence, and the three of them looking at me. Then one told me to go and withdraw. (all of this happening me at the entrance of the place and them sitting attending clients, and all the conversation of course, heard by all the clients there). I went out and when I looked, the closest bank was 10 min walking, and another 10 minutes coming back, which means that they wont take me until around 6:20. Because they close at 7 I decided to cancel the appointment, since I did not want them to rush the service to finish on time, neither make them finish later. And honestly, because at that point, I didn't want to stay. So I told them that I was not gonna come back, because the bank was too far and it was gonna get too late, and just wanted to let them know so they won't wait for me. Silence again. OMG such an uncomfortable situation. I literally left and nobody said one single word to me. I mean it's not like I did not communicate before with them, at the moment I asked for an estimate price, they could have perfectly tell me they don't accept cards....I guess I will have to keep looking somewhere else

I got powder nail extensions. Lynn did so amazing. Everyone at this business was so nice also. Clean friendly professional and my nails are perfect :) very happy I found them . I got exactly what I wanted! Thank you can’t wait to come again - Flower
