Job started in May, still waiting for one of the patio doors to be corrected. Some windows fogging up, feeling wind coming in around some of the windows. Constantly having to fix the front door. The real issue is no answer from the emails I have sent. No follow up. Would I advise anyone to go with this company. NO! A very costly mistake learned .

I spent over 50K to have a professional installation of quality windows and doors in 2021. There was delay due to the pandemic and I was prepared and have no issues with that. Once all the windows and doors came in the install began and it went very well, the quality of the product was great. There was a couple issues, the installer slipped with his drill and marked (scratched and dented) the front door and the front and back doors were not keyed the same (minor). I was shown and told about the damage and keys and was provided the necessary paperwork to have the issues resolved. This has been almost a year and I have called several times just to be passed onto different people. The product is great, the install went well but there customer service is the worst. I am glad that I don't have any warranty issues or I would believe I would be in the same situation. Zero fallow up with the sales person or the company, any attempts at communication was done by myself. Very disappointed

Landmark called to offer a free estimate. I thanked the woman but declined the offer due to other priorities. The woman became irritated and insisted I should take advantage of the free estimate. She was so determined and she kept insisting in such a bad and menacent tone that I started getting concerned and told her so. That made it worst. I'm afraid I can't contract with a company that employs people that would have no limits to get a commission. I ended up having to disconnect and she called again! Did she really think that she was going to gain a customer?

I originally submitted a quote request on a completely separate website that apparently provided my contact information to Landmark Home Solutions. I answered the first call and thanked the man for calling but that I would have to call back at another time and was not interested in a quote from his business. Over the next week I received 5 calls per day from this business attempting to give me a quote for service I had not requested, despite notifying the original man I would call him if desired, and submitting on their website that I did not want any further calls.Incredibly unprofessional, multiple lengthy voicemails left without anyone speaking. Not sure why a business would think it’s appropriate to effectively behave like spam callers for an entire week. When we are prepared to replace our windows, we will be going with another business.

I filled out a form looking for info about government rebates. The form I filled out was very deceptive and never mentioned this company at all. I then started being called by Landmark Home Solutions multiple times every single day, and even though I blocked their number I get multiple voicemails a day from them where it's just silent and then they hang up. I called today to tell them to stop calling so I hope this is the end of it but I would absolutely never hire a company that operates this way.

Our installation from year 2017 (order LS1882 includes all emals, phones# in case Ladmark needs any information) is still not finished! Patio door still have damaged glass and not levelled door frame begins to create a dent in the locking mechanism and makes sliding the door very difficult. After numerous calls to Landmark, we were told by Landmark Service department the new door has been ordered and will be installed shortly, that was September 2017. All 6 employees that we were dealing with last year have left the company, every time we follow up on the status we have to start the whole process from the beginning with a new employee. On May 3rd after last technician’s visit, he wrote in his report patio door - (also glass damaged inside) customer needs new door

They are terrible keeping their appointments. Had them for 3 doors and 9 windows. They started it last year in November and they still haven't finished them.So I don't know who guys were dealing with that gave them such praise. This is the second time I have had them and they never come when they say they will.

We had someone come out to give us an estimate for new windows and doors. They were over 3 times the cost of other places we had out! When I asked the guy for an explanation as to why they are so much more expensive he didn't even both to get back to me! Strongly recommend going with someone else!

Terrible customer services. Do not waste you time or money with this company. I called about getting 5 new windows. The woman that called me back was rude and began yelling at me when I asked if they were part of the Ontario rebate problem. I dont recommend doing business with them.

Landmark was prompt, clean and courteous in our home. Landmark did a good job and the product is great quality.Communicating with the company was the biggest challenge we faced. Often times, it was hard to get a hold of who we needed and we waited a long time for the work to actually start- but we didn't mind this so much because it was in the midst of a bad winter.Essentially the worst thing about our experience was that during our sales pitch, we were told that everyone who comes to our home works directly for Landmark and not an external outsourced contractor. This is what really sold us on the company. When the work started, although it was great work and the workers cleaned up very well after themselves and were prompt with communicating with us- they DID NOT work for Landmark. We were lied too. Landmark is lucky that who they sent over did a good job because there are so many horror stories about outsourced contractors.
