Zeno did a great job for us from the very start to the finish. Our sales rep Scott walked us through the process and answered all our questions. The installation crew were awesome. They were very professional, the work they did was clean and well done, they made sure that everything was functioning properly and all our questions were answered. I would definitely recommend Zeno if you are considering a solar system.

Zeno installed my system on time. The crew did a great job and was helpful. Throughout the project they answered my questions and were always available.I had the system installed late in the fall. We had a lot of cloudy and rainy days so I didn’t see much generation. Also this winter my panels have been covered with snow and so little to no generation. I’m hoping to see the system perform once the snow melts. Fingers crossed for this spring!

I was completely satisfied with my dealings with Zeno and can honestly say, this was one of the very rare occasions that there wasn't one issue!Aaron was the representative we dealt with and I found him fantastic to deal with. Right from the initial proposal we found him to be very personable, well spoken, knowledgeable and was able to explain the proposal in easy to understand language. He answered all our questions and in the end allowed us the time to make our decision without any pressure. Basically, the proposal sold itself.After we decided to proceed, Aaron walked us through the application process for the CGHG and then kept us informed during the entire approval process. He was immediate with his responses, even answering emails, or text messages in the late evening long after normal business hours. While dealing with Aaron, we felt that we were his number one priority.The install went very well and I found the Master Electrician, Craig was also very personable and good to deal with. The original plan had the conduit going up the side of the house, and across the back side of the roof, to where the panels were placed on the front side of the house. I mentioned that I was hoping they could keep the conduit off the shingles so Craig was able to accommodate this request and instead ran the conduit under the soffits, around the house and up through the roof, where it was connected to the panels, so there was zero conduit on the roof! After the installers were done, they also cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave any mess.I even found when I had to communicate with any other Zeno staff (for scheduling etc) the responses were immediate and if the person I was communicating with wasn't, able to answer the question, they made sureI was put into contact with someone who could.Just so you are aware, going through the CGHG did take a long time to go through the steps of the approval process so it did take about 7 months from proposal to having them inspected and being able to turn them on.A tip for anyone who is seriously considering getting solar panels installed a year or two down the road. Because to be eligible for the CGHG you can only produce up to a maximum of just over 100% of your yearly usage, during the year before you do the proposal, don't be shy when using power in your home. It might cost you extra over that one year, but by having your system built to accommodate the higher output, you will be able to produce exponentially more over the life of the system, thereby allowing for a larger yearly credit offset.

Very satisfied client here. The whole team made the whole process easy. Stephan and his team had a very good presentation regarding Solar panels that helped me with my decision to install them. And he also helped me all the way until the end post installation to explain everything on turnover. Will recommend them to you and my friends.

My solar system was installed almost one year ago and I have had no issues. My entire experience with Zeno Renewables has been outstanding. I received an online presentation that was later emailed to me. The presentation explained my particular circumstances in detail, describing everything that I needed to know with pertinent suggestions. Other companies sent me a one page quote, forgot about my request or refused to provide service because I didn't use enough electricity! Zeno Renewables answered every question and helped me out even months later. The installers also answered my questions, were on time and were professional. All the permits and other paperwork was done for me - I didn't have to do anything. Zeno Renewables is highly recommended!

Excellent company with vast knowledge about solar power and solar clubs (Jesse Johnson) to help you make an educated decision. Jesse, Genaro, Catherine, Sherry and the whole installation crew were amazing to deal with and made the solar journey fun, exciting and absolutely painless.
