Very disappointed. We bought a radio, we mostly installed it but we didn't have the tool needed to finish the job. We were charged an hour worth of labour for basically something that should have taken a few minutes, with lots if extra added stress. Very disappointed, I ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Made an appointment to have some wiring hidden. In the meantime stereo stopped working altogether. He still got me in and managed to get everything done and working in only an extra half hour. He knows his stuff and I would recommend this installer. I will be a returning customer. Thanks guys.

John was absolutely amazing and very fast, only took him 5 minutes. We have been to many different Andres locations , John in Quesnel and Scott in Terrace are by far the best , both are very good at what they do and are fast and with a smile and some humour , we have had bad experiences with Chris and his crew in Prince George , each time taking over an hour to do the job and there customer service etiquette is far from proper. Thank you John and Scott for going the extra mile for your customers!
