Garden Nails

Went here on a whim with a friend, we got pedicures. The girls were friendly and the pedicure was done great. Only reason I took a star away was because I didn’t like that they didn’t use new products on my feet for cleaning.

Kathy and her employees never disappoint, they are amazing. We've been going for several years now and just adore the atmosphere!! My sister and I go every four weeks and dred if we ever need to go anywhere else.

You are required to book ahead over the phone. Service is as expected, nothing more or less than expected.

Used to come here pre covid. I hadn't been able to come in. They had changed locations even. They only had 2 ppl working and were rushing between people. I called about 45 min prior and made an appmnt. If they had no time,they shouldn't have accepted me. I was told to get into chair, they had cold water, so had to ask her to put in hot. I sat there and they left me til 22 min after my appointed timeThe pedi lady rushed but was so so rough. I asked her 3x to please stop. I had gel polish from prior snd she ground off all the gel. I asked why they didn't use gel remover like everyone else does. She ignored me. She was grinding my skin on toes as well. She burnt a part on my toe nail and even thru the appmnt she kept pushing hard on my now red, burnt,over heated nail. She rushed,didn't make it enjoyable and a 2 min foot massage very hard was her ending. honestly. I have pedi s alot. I think this was the worst one I have now ever had. Im really disgusted with the store now. I will NEVER go back. I will be letting e eryone know about this. im still shocked. I coukdnt say much as the girl was right beside me and now, I can write it in. 0 stars, never to return. no more gc for friends will be bought gor here. Honestly terrible!

I got my nails done and they didn't fix my one nail properly (the tip didn't match any of my other 9 nails), I had also gotten a light pink colour, so when I left I realized my colour was see through and my nail tips weren't matching. That being said I called them and explained. I went back in and they fixed my colour for me so everything matched. I don't like to complain as you never know how it will be received, but I was pleasantly surprised at how willing they were to fix the mistake and make things better! Thank you :)

I got my acrylics set done by Cathy and let me say that she is extremely sweet and professional. I'm beyond happy and love what she did for my nails. I can't wait to go back in a month.

the ladies are super nice. They cant do any nail art, not even an ombre after i was told they could. once it came time to paint my nails all of a sudden they dont do it. i ended up paying the $50 for them to get done but i wouldnt have even started if i new they couldnt do it. Also, it hasnt been a week yet and they are already coming off. never will i come back or recommend this place to anyone.
